Is the projector compatible with Google smartphones?
Due to mirroring protocol issues of Motorola and Google phones, it prohibits screen mirroring directly from the projector. You need to have a Google Chromecast to connect it.
Can I play Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, etc?
Due to HDCP copyright issues, the apps like Netflix / Disney / Hulu prohibits playing movies directly by mirror screen with smartphone. Please use a TV stick to connect to watch it.

Delivered within 12 hours. For the price, very good quality. Used to watch the football on a 200 inch screen. Flawless image in a moderately lit room. Functionality is great, connects to firestick/devices with ease.
Great product, high quality and great packaging. Easy HDMI & Bluetooth connectivity and good vfm.
Picture quality is functional so just make sure you manage expectations but for the price, this is a cool projector.
I am an Artist and over the past couple of years I have seen a proliferation of bargain prize projectors. In the late nineties early 2000s if you wanted a projector for drawing layouts nd image planning you needed to pay upwards of a couple of hundred quid for a large heavy contraption that was very finicky as to the image file you fed it.
Nowadays the pages on online sellers are full of cheap projectors promising image quality, seamless intergration with iOS and Android phones and pads. Well having bought at least 3 such products this is the first to deliver what it promises. Fantasticly packaged with a reasonable guide book and even a lightweight tripod! ( I stick it on my Gitzo.) this little Gem sparked up and straightaway delivered a bright detailed 104 meg hdmi image! I am very pleased!
Don’t hesitate this is the one to get if you are using for what I do.
Wasn’t expecting too much with a white screen and a dark room. Picture is clear once you get the focus right.
There is Fan noise but not distracting enough when watching. Colours seem decent and sound is fine from the inbuilt speaker. Decent enough to watch shows in bed. Not main setup but easy to setup and work out. Happy with the value for money and isn’t too large. Managed to mount on external clamp bracket to fit with our setup.
My boyfriend and I use this for movie nights. The picture isn’t bad at all for such a cheap projector. It is really easily assembled and nicely designed, compact and i like that it comes with a lens protector for storing it away.
The internal speakers are not great – i’d recommend hooking it up to a decent speaker instead, or even the ones on your computer or phone are better – the inbuilt speakers sound like an old radio stuck in a tin bucket.
Just a thing to note – for some reason it doesn’t work with netflix wirelessly. If you use the HDMI cable (i think one comes included) to hook it up to your laptop it works absolutely fine. One other note is if you have flux on your computer make sure you disable it so you don’t spend 20 mins trying to figure out why the picture is orange.
The light isn’t the strongest – the room has to be pretty dark in order for it to work so if your curtains don’t block out the light very well you wont see much on a summer night til about 10pm. That said, when the room is dark the picture is decent. Although there are settings within the machine to adjust the contrast/brightness etc if you think things on netflix are too dark to see on a macbook screen good luck seeing anything on the projection.
There are 2 wheels at the front of the machine – one to adjust the focus and one to adjust the perspective so the picture isn’t skewed. There isn’t a physical thing on the device itself to adjust the size of the screen, but in the settings in there is an option to adjust the zoom using the remote which is great.
The fan in it is quite loud, so you need to crank the sound up quite a lot to drown it out and it does get quite warm.
Getting it level can be a bit of a challenge but generally for the money I’d say this is a brilliant investment that would be great for kids, for people who don’t have budgets to go fancy, for people travelling etc.
If you are someone who is a real snob about image and sound quality, this is not the projector for you unless you can lower your expectations and have an external speaker.
The one thing I actively dislike about it is there is a vent at the side. The only place i have to set this up is on the table beside my bed and the light really blares out of the side of it straight into the side of my eyes which i’m not a fan of and have to put a yoga block next to it to block that out or it gives me a migraine.
Personally i love it and have already got some decent mileage out of it and would defo recommend.
First, it arrived on time and in very considerate packaging as to protect the product.
This mini projector meets all of my requirements. It comes with a little tripod, power cable, HDMI Cable, 3-in-1 Video Cable, lens cover, remote and a Cleaning Kit. Also a user manual and quick start guide.
Pretty user friendly for me to set up (& I’m seriously tech challenged when it comes to this kind of stuff!). I also purchased an adapter cable to connect with my phone. For as small as this is, the sound is pretty good, and the picture quality is sharp! It is very vivid and can fill up the entire wall of my dorm room.
I am 100% happy with this purchase, and would recommend it to others looking for a powerful and portable projector.
I have purchased Mini Projector, VISSPL 1080P Full HD Portable Projector and tested it as soon as it arrived.
If you are keen to get it up and running, make sure you have a couple of AAA batteries ready, as they do not come with the projector.
Other than that the set-up is very easy.
One note for those who, like me, have no TV in the house and read about the Fire TV stick as a must to access Netflix, Prime Video, etc. If you choose the very analog way of plugging in your computer and playing the above via desktop, then you do not need the Fire TV stick. It works perfectly to connect you HDMI cable to the computer and just press play. I purchased a stick as well, but I did not need to use. I am sure it can be useful, I just need to figure out the logic. 🙂
There is some noise, like with most of the projectors, but I would say is not very loud. And the “movie” sound setup in the device makes a lot of difference, you will notice ones you select it.
For the image quality I think I had quite big expectations, which is not the case, but I decided to keep the product. If you are expecting similar quality with your HD TV, hold your horses, it won’t be the clearest image.
I was expecting more from the tilt button to adjust the image, but it does not do much, so you need to be very precise with the position of the projector to get a straight image.
The best part is the size and the extremely easy set-up. It does work well even if the room is not completely dark, although it is preferable to turn the adjacent light sources off.
If I were to pay the full price (I got it with a 50% discount), I would have probably gone for a different product, but since I will not be using it on a regular basis, just movie nights or occasional binge on the weekends, for me it works.
My brief review and experience using it with ratings:
Firmware and features. 10/10
Everything works as it should. No issues or lags noticed.
Connection. 10/10
The computer is connected via HDMI cable + audio output through Bluetooth speaker. It works perfectly, without lags or delays.
Input lag. 9/10
This projector is more suitable for presentations and movie watching rather than gaming, but to my surprise, the input lag is very low. I couldn’t measure it precisely, but as an example, I tried playing Cuphead at my friend’s place on his TV, and even with the gaming mode on, I couldn’t get through the tutorial due to the image delay. With this projector, it’s real. It should work well for fighting games, football, and arcade games. However, shooters like CS:GO might not be ideal, and games like Civilization could be challenging due to resolution limitations affecting text visibility.
Image quality. 10/10 considering it’s a 1080p projector
Overall, the quality is good enough, especially for movies. If you want superior quality, you should look for a projector with higher resolution.
The quality worsens when adjusting angles, so it’s best to position the projector directly towards the screen.
Brightness. 9/10
In a dark room, brightness is perfect. Even in daylight, the image is still visible enough.
Sound. 7/10
The projector’s sound is present and decent, but for the best experience, it’s recommended to use proper audio devices like JBL Clip 3 or AUX/Bluetooth headphones.
Noise. 9/10
There is some noise, but during movie viewing, it’s not bothersome. You can comfortably sleep with it, as the noise is consistent and comparable to a fan or air dehumidifier.
Can I recommend it? Definitely yes. If you are willing to spend more, consider getting a projector with higher resolution.
If you add a Chrome cast, this device becomes something amazing.
Don’t expect much from the included screen. A white wall produces better results.
Overall rating – 64/70 = 9.1/10
P.S. I reached out to customer support because I couldn’t turn off the music when turning on the projector. They helped me promptly, and the support was excellent. Simply the best. I didn’t expect to get such a great product and service when I purchased this projector. Thank you!
