This exercise ball was quick and easy to Inflate and has kept its shape really well. The material is thick and robust so the ball can manage all my yoga moves and workout activities and it hasn’t lost any air yet, even after daily use.
The large size is plenty big enough for all types of exercise and the purple colour is fun and vibrant to use.
The textured lines on the surface allow for an enhanced grip during use which I find extra reassuring.
It really does perform well and the material is easy to wipe clean.
All in all a high quality and heavy duty product that I would happily recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fabulous colour and quality.

This exercise ball is a really great size and a good firmness.
It’s good quality looks great and seems to stay flat as well. The colours lovely and strong. I think it has a quality feel for the money.
I’ve given this 4 stars rather than 5 stars simply because it was quite tricky to inflate

First and foremost, the quality of this exercise ball is outstanding. It is made from thick, durable material that can support up to 250kgs, ensuring safety and stability during use. I’ve used it extensively for various exercises, and it shows no signs of wear or deflation, even after weeks of daily use.

Inflating the ball was straightforward, though it’s worth noting that the pump is sold separately. I used a standard pump I already had at home, and it worked perfectly. The ball reaches its full size quickly and holds air very well, requiring minimal top-ups.

For exercise, this ball is fantastic. I’ve incorporated it into my Pilates routines, and it adds a great element of challenge and support. The ball provides excellent stability and helps engage my core muscles more effectively. It’s also perfect for general fitness workouts, offering a versatile platform for strength and balance exercises.

During my pregnancy, this product has been a lifesaver. Sitting on the ball helps alleviate lower back pain and provides gentle support during stretches. It’s also been great for practicing labor positions, as it helps improve posture and reduce discomfort. The ball’s stability and size make it ideal for these uses, giving me confidence in its support.

In addition to fitness and pregnancy, I’ve used the ball for physiotherapy exercises following a minor injury. It’s been incredibly helpful for gentle, low-impact movements that aid in recovery. The ball’s stability and the ability to adjust its firmness by adding or releasing air make it adaptable to various needs and comfort levels.

The ball is also fantastic for sensory use. My teenage son, who has sensory processing issues, finds it very calming to sit and gently bounce on the ball. It provides him with a safe and effective way to self-regulate.

Cleaning the ball is simple. The material wipes clean easily with a damp cloth, and it doesn’t retain dirt or odours. The vibrant purple color has stayed bright and doesn’t show signs of fading, even with regular use.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with this product. Its versatility, durability, and high quality make it an excellent investment for anyone looking to enhance their fitness routine, support pregnancy, aid in physiotherapy, or provide sensory input. I highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a reliable and multi-functional exercise ball.

Two most important things for me were as per the title:
    1) durability – which this ball definitely is, the rubber feels solid and thick, no worries about a puncture or it bursting underneath you!
    2) grippines – last thing you’d want is for it to slide around on the floor which would lead to a nasty incident!

Our son also likes playing on it, which is great as it will justify keeping it around inflated for a little longer even after I’m done with it! 🙂
At 12.95 is priced below the usual prices I’ve seen for similar products so it’s definitely a good value for money there.

Just make sure you have a pump for it as that’s not included!

The Multi-Use Exercise, Pregnancy, and Pilates Ball is an excellent choice for home workouts. With a 250kg weight capacity and a 65cm size, it’s suitable for many people. It is ideal for maternity exercises, sensory activities, and physiotherapy. The purple colour is vibrant and adds a fun touch, though note that the pump is sold separately.

It took me a while to review this as I wanted to give it a fair go, I’ve also had surgery so it meant I couldn’t use it for a while. It comes in a tiny box that you will never ever ever get it back into. It took a bit of effort to unfold it, but inflating it was easy.
I love the colour, I also found I really appreciated the ridged because they help give that little bit extra grip. It’s great quality and easy to use.

Good ball that I am using as part of physio for injury recovery.

I had a bit of difficulty trying to inflate it as to get to good firmness I needed a pump and a second pair of hands – so you really need a pump – no chance of inflating like a balloon with your mouth here.

Once inflated it held it’s shape well and it is pretty large so think about this for storage as no way I’m inflating it every time I need to use it as part of my physio recovery routine.

This is a great size ball and perfect for exercise, rehab and use as a break from the desk chair in the home office! inflated easily with an air compressor we have, the ball is a lovely colour and excellent quality, representing good value at 15. It comes with a spare plug which is always very handy. Overall a versatile exercise ball.

I’ve always wanted one of those, not so much for exercise but for sitting.

And sitting on it is very comfortable! Makes it easier to play with my cat, for me.

It’s sturdy, and doesn’t deflate (few days on).

It is difficult to pump up – luckily I had an air compressor – took approx 10 min.

There’s always some amount of air escaping when putting the plug in so pump it up more not to lose the firmness.

I will use it for exercises but for now I enjoy it’s bounciness simply sitting on it instead of chair.

4.0 out of 5 stars Superb ball for sitting (and exercises)

This was super easy to inflate, I did it just by blowing into the hole. It comes with a spare plug if needed and some large tweezers for pulling the plug out. It’s a lovely vibrant purple colour and isn’t too big, however, big enough for adults to use. My sister in law has pinched it as her birthing ball and I will then have it back to go with the gym equipment. It is good value for money at 14.95 for a strong, vibrant multi use ball

5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to inflate

This multiuse ball is a lovely shade of purple with small ridges to help with purchase. It was folded small and took some shaking to loosen it up. I then, for some reason, chose to blow it up myself. Surprisingly it was actually pretty easy to do this but once it starts to take on a ball shape and there is some resistance you just can’t get your mouth around it to continue. My husband got the electric pump and filled it the rest of the way.

It is a very flexible ball and provides good bounce and stability due to its material, this does mean all hair and fluff will also stick to it too. The whole family is enjoying using it in one way or other and at 14.95 at time of order it’s a good price.

Well…. 144 litres of air is needed to be put into this, and I am lucky I have a compressor in the garage! And it took a while, so be aware it’s not an easy task to do manually, esp. as there is not supplied pump. That said, it took a couple of goes to get a pressure I was happy with for my weight. After that, it does what is says on the tin, and is good for my first ball. Other down sides, are that you need to keep it somewhere and it’s big! Likewise it will not fit in the car so don’t expect to take it anywhere inflated. It also attracts dust and sand to it’s surface so it needs to be cleaned a fair bit. Also useful to keep a 2 year old entertained, but not for that long…

4.0 out of 5 stars First impressions are good.

I recently joined a gym as I have been out of shape for a while however often find I am struggling with finding a window of time in which I can make a full gym class or session so wanted to try and replicate some of the exercises at home.

This is great for working your core muscles in different ways but without having any high impact. I also find it handy for ‘rolling’ my back out on as it can stretch it out in a position that you would otherwise struggle with.

It would have been handy if it came with a pump, I think esp for the price but I am going to try and use a pump we already have for inflatables, footballs and the like so hopefully that will work without me having to purchase something else separately.

It’s a really vibrant purple colour too which I like!

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for exercise at home

This Pilates ball seems a good all-rounder. It’s made of high-quality material and feels super durable. Easy to store and inflate. Takes no time at all to blow it up. The size is spot on, a perfect fit for your workouts. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this Pilates ball. An excellent choice for anyone looking for an exercise ball. Great value.

I recently got my hands on the Physioworx Multi-Use Exercise, Pregnancy and Pilates Ball, and I must say, it’s been a rather fun addition to my fitness routine. This inflatable ball, in a lovely shade of purple, is sturdy enough to support up to 250kgs, which is quite reassuring. At 65cm, it’s perfectly sized for adults and teens over 5ft7, making it quite versatile.

Whether I’m doing Pilates, using it as a chair for better posture, or just having a good old bounce around, this ball does not disappoint. It’s great for balance and strength training, making those workouts at home or in the gym a bit more interesting.

Inflating it was a breeze, and it feels robust, living up to its promise of high quality. It’s also been a hit with the kids, who love using it as a sensory plaything. I’ve even seen my pregnant friend give it a go, finding it quite useful for some gentle exercises.

Overall, this Physioworx ball has proven to be worth every penny. It’s a multipurpose wonder that I’m happy to recommend to anyone looking for a fun yet functional addition to their fitness gear.

The ball arrives in a white box with no indication of the contents, other than a sticker. It is folded very tightly and is very difficult to put back once you’ve taking it out.

It is very well made, and is a good size. The rubber used is almost completely odourless, tough, and elastic enough to support a good deal of weight. Sitting and lying on it was very comfortable, and at no time did it feel as if the ball would burst, or the stopper pop out.

I first came across these balls when my wife was expecting; they were great as easing the increasing discomfort caused by a foetus growing inside her. They are also good as part of your exercise routine, and can be used to help alleviate back pain (consult a medical professional first).

It’s a very good ball, and I would recommend it.
