I wasn’t expecting much for the money but I needed something with WiFi and remote time keeping, it was easy to set up following the instructions provided but a little complicated to get used to the online system and adding staff but overall once you play around with the system and get used to it it was very easy to use.
The features with the ability to clock in and out through the face recognition is a nice feature but can be problematic if you put the machine by a door where the staff use regularly, my staff were going in and out to help customers and the machine was scanning them in and out of work just by walking past (because it is so efficient), so for our use case we have changed over to finger and RFID card which also works a trea
Carlos was very helpful in setting up the time clock over the phone. Dialled into my PC and did all my settings for me. He is very polite and knowledgeable. Very easy to use and great functions. Best feature is the remote log in and management from anywhere.
Received this yesterday and it was a bit complicated for me personally to set certain parts up but I got in touch by email and a couple of people responded immediately. Richard is a credit to your company, very patient and helpful in showing me the set up and adding staff to the machine. It’s now fully functional and is going to make our work place of 16 staff much more simple

The first thing’s that stood out to me is that it’s a four in one & someone else can’t clock in for someone else with the fingerprint & face scan. Also as it’s a cloud setup you can access it anywhere at any time.

It’s amazing machine for my business. The machine is easy to set up and use, with options for face, fingerprint, RFID, and PIN punching. My employees find it very convenient and quick to clock in and out. The face recognition is super accurate, and the fingerprint scanner is secure. And, the RFID cards are easy to manage. The remote control software is professional and user-friendly, making it simple to manage and track employee hours. I can access everything online, and even generate reports from anywhere. Best of all, there’s no monthly fee, which is great for my budget.
There are many good things to this NGTeco TC1 machine and here’s my experience of isnatllting it and making it work.
1. NIce and compact machine with lots of potential.
2. Very light in build, comes with wall attachment and screws.
3. Connection via ethernet cable
Inputting the gateway address as advised in the booklet got me nowhere.
4. Connection via wi-fi – good. I had to sign up and create account. Easy.
There are only two countries on display, no UK, so I had to use America as my default country.
Further down you can set up GMT time and create office in the UK or any other country listed.
5. Once you’re done with signing up, it is easy to create organisation, users, access for each user etc.
There’s a QR code that needs to be scanned to enable sync.
6. You can omit the QR code by pressing ESC on the machines keyboard which will give you access to further settings.
Manual, be it the short one or the more detailed, do not give any workarounds either.
The simplest way to have the access it to download the TC1 application, then scan the QR code on the machine and the rest is a breeze, synching works.
When initially setting up, the key board on the machine works like old mobile phones keyboard. You need to navigate to options like letters/numerical/capital/small/specials. When pressing keys for letters, and the letter is the fourth one, for example, press it quickly four times otherwise something else from the row will set.
The app you need to download from app store is ‘NGTeco Office’.
Scanning the QR code with the app ‘binds’ the machine to your organisation meaning you can now search for set up users and set them up with relevant credentials.
Scanning the face or fingertips into the system and then managing it – great.
I’m giving it solid four stars because of the initial troubles setting it up and no mention ‘best to do is download our app for management’.
I think with the various options in terms off peoples’ clocking in and out in different offices or time zones, being small and portable, no need for subscriptions, I think it is great solution for small businesses. Also, in case of network outage, the machine itself stores the data of clocking in and out and once the network is back up, it will sync it.
I think it is worth the price.
This is a super high-tech clocking in system that allows web based tracking and multiple administrators. Payroll can log in to download .xls reports and managers can view attendance. Also allows for breaks and individual scheduling.
Usage is facial recognition, RFID card, fingerprint and password.
Everything is saved to the cloud via Amazon Web Services and there is no monthly subscription fee. Device Wi-Fi only supports 2.4GHz communication.
You can query attendance by individual or all, daily, weekly, monthly, and for each period to date.
You can set up departments and locations.
Once implemented, makes time tracking and reporting very efficient and reliable.
This is a really advanced clocking in system. Gone are the days of keycards/fobs, and now you can have your employees clock in with a fingerprint or face id, as well as a pin or rfid connection which makes for a much more versatile system.
I got this for my partner’s business as his very old tech system was very cumbersome and not very user friendly.
This is nothing like the old style punching in systems of the past — it is light years away! It is a really smart looking device and very compact.
Now that he and his employees have had a chance to break it in and use it, he thinks it is the bees knees.
It is not cheap at the current price of 339 but it is slick and efficient, and very easy for employees to use. And unlike other systems, there is no monthly fee, which is a very important bonus.
You simply connect the device to the internet then create an account on the NgTeco cloud, register the employees, adding their schedules and shifts, and then connect it to the NgTeco cloud.
If there is any power outage or wifi outage, the data is stored and then backs it up when the power/wifi comes back on.
Employees can clock on using facial recognition, fingerprint and Pin, so it is very flexible.
Your business’s admin team can access all of the data from anywhere in the world and have total control over data and reports etc. It does so much more than his old system and so he definitely believes it is worth the initial investment.
The device comes with a one year guarantee, however there is lifetime technical support, which is always a very handy thing to have!
This was priced at 339 at the time of ordering, and I’ll say right off the bat, this is worth every single penny. Clocking in machines have clearly came a long way since the days of clocking in cards that you pushed into the machine and had the time ink stamped on your card 🙂
What the TC1 machine offers is light years ahead of most other clocking machines. To be honest, it’s almost futuristic with finger print reading, facial recognition and RFID. Plus there is the password/pin option too. This makes things very easy for your employees to clock in and out but the real magic when it comes to managing everything is that this model offers cloud connection so everything is uploaded to a secure cloud account and your Admin team can easily access all of the data from anywhere in the world.
The features of this machine are simply outstanding. But the fact that there are no monthly fees associated with the cloud facility makes this incredibly good value for money. And, on top of that, it is an incredibly neat looking machine and very compact. This is clearly the future of clocking in and employee time keeping. It was easy to give this a 5-star review and I would absolutely recommend this model to anyone needing to track their employee’s working hours.
