Bought this as a replacement one for my parents as the old one was sold unlocked unless you tried to use a smarty mobile sim. This is a bit small in size but will do the job well and also the 3 year extended warranty gives me peace of mind.

Big buttons, loud ring with outdoor profile for the hard of hearing, decent audio and hands free via internal speaker. The Dock is simple and very useful to replace a landline. Very pleased.

Really pleased with the F300. Perfect mobile phone for an 85 year woman who has never had or wanted one before. She’s always struggled with technology but is able to use this phone without any problems. Love the charging dock and SOS button. Just wish we’d got her this sooner.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really pleased with the F300

The Oakcastle F300 is the perfect phone for my elderly relative. She has swapped to this from a more expensive Panasonic elderly phone due to how simple this is to operate and the ease of viewing messages in particular. Her eye sight is not the best and she hates tech, but was able to get the hang of the oakcastle in just 15 minutes, able to answer the phone, charge using the cradle (an absolute must have!) and view and scroll messages. The 4g capability is essential in her area, and the sos button gives more security and a quick way for her to reach out if needed without needing to unlock the phone (which is just pressing 2 buttons anyway). Highly recommended.
