I have extremely painful pes planus and am unable to walk barefoot or in ordinary shoes, so I was pleased to receive the inserts. I am able to walk a bit better with them but still have pain. I’m pleased that I can get about better with them.
I have just received these and have found them very comfortable to wear on first use. They are rigid so hopefully will help correct my posture and relieve the back knee and foot pain I have been experiencing.
These are good arch supports and comfortable to wear. They are narrow enough to fit shoes and trainers(ladies). They seem to be wearing well so I think they will last well.
I bought various in sole supports. These are the best and repeat purchased these ones. They make whichever shoes/trainers your wearing more comfortable. They don’t make the shoe smaller. My feet and legs better far better by the end of the day after using these. I really like them!
Found the heal kind of thin so not my first choice . Maybe i have just large heals in my boots but not he best fitting insoles i have used , HOWEVER i do think they deserve a mention as if your not wearing huge steel toe boots they might be the right choice for you
So as a tradesman’s always on there feet with trainers wearing out quick flat feet became a thing
And the solution were these beauties hard wearing stiff but comfortable and the main thing long lasting very happy with this

These seem to be the best ones out of what I have bought so far for support of the heel and arch. One problem is, they are not full length in the shoe, and sometimes you can feel under the ball of your foot where they end,(not terribly uncomfortable for this). They are shaped wide at the end or ball of the foot so may not fit into some narrower shoes. I have not tried cutting them into shape yet!
I would buy again.
