This was easy to put together. Feels very sturdy and safe. Good value for how often I use it and duration. I bought it after listening to Barbara O’Neill on YouTube regarding swollen legs and lymphatic drainage. I only bounce a few minutes on a morning, afternoon and evening and it has helped considerably with my swollen feet and legs. I understand it’s something I have to do everyday to keep the swelling at bay. You never know I might get better and stronger over the coming weeks and get a little more adventurous in my moves.
