My Physio explained that having high arches makes balancing harder as you can’t support the foot very well on the inside. This seems to improve my ability to balance. Esp on one leg! (Pilates etc.)
I have used this company before so I knew what to expect. My previous purchase was for the three quarter version of these arch support insoles.
I gave them a favourable review, I still use them and l am still pleased with them.
However I have some comfortable old shoes that have stretched by continuous use and are now too big and out of are shape, but I still like them.
As an experiment I ordered the full length version of the insoles in the hope that they would make my shoes reusable again – they did and I have my old friends back.
It goes without saying that I am very happy with these insoles, they are well made, strong and comfortable – they fit well into my Sketchers wide fit shoes and are extending their life.

Soft and comfy but need a shoe size bigger. Delivery by amazon courier not good no door bell sounded my package could have been stolen! In future will not for collect from a shop!
