Popped these in a dispenser floater.
They certainly dissolved quick but were as good as any other chlorine tablets I have used in the past.
Hot tub water was clear and didn’t smell over chemically.
The product itself works well for water features and hot tubs. The water appeared clear after popping one of these small tablets in, strong chlorine smell was reassuring. Something to note is that there are no instructions included or label on the side to advise on the product use and dosage.
These tablets are smaller than the ones I’ve used before so had to adjust the dosage. This was easily done by some simple maths. There are no instructions but if you use the fact of each tablet being 100gs then adjust this against what is recommend for your pool/hot tub etc it’s simple enough. I did read in another review that they were using them in their fountains so I thought I’d try it in my little one as the tablets are small and it has worked fine. I do like the way that in a few minutes the tablets have dissolved to nothing. I find that they are good at clarifying and clearing the water in my hot tub without much fuss. But the best use I have found is for my grandchildren’s paddling pool. It keeps it clear and clean.
These worked really well for the pool to treat the water. Dosing was consistent, reliable and very simple to do. Test strips verified that the dose was accurate and the chemicals were at the correct level. I found the whole process of using fast dissolving tablets much easier than trying to measure out powder so I would highly recommend. They worked great.
There isn’t any instruction on how to use but I feel if you own a hot tub then you know how to use these.
These don’t go in a floater you just drop one in the water when you feel you need to boost the chlorine level
I was surprised at how small the tub was it’s the same height as a mug most chlorine tabs I’ve seen come in a taller tub that has loads of free space in them
These are good for immediate chlorine adjustment rather than the kind that you put inside a float or a chemical dispenser. So I normally use much bigger tablets in my dispenser that attaches to the inside jet of my hot tub. I then leave that in and it maintains a consistent level. These are more for dropping in when you need to raise the chlorine level a little bit. So I think this sits somewhere between normal chlorine tablets and chlorine powder. With that in mind, he’s a pretty easy to use and dissolve relatively quickly. I can certainly see how this would be useful for somebody with a paddling pool or something quite small and temporary.
We have a small swimming/paddling pool for the grandchildren which comes out every summer. It takes quite a bit of water, so some chemicals are essential so that we can leave it in for the season. These tablets are easy to use and the price is middle of the road. As the pool is not huge we don’t need kilos of chlorine so easier to buy smaller quantities, there are 100g of tablets in a small tub. As well as chlorine for sanitising, the tablets also clarify the water.
These small, handy sized tablets are keeping my little garden fountains free from most of the issues you tend to get with standing water. I don’t run the fountains all day, just a few hours on a three spot schedule, so I need to be sure the water won’t be growing anything nasty while it’s sat in the sun.
There’s no instructions, so for those of you who might be using this for a pond or a pool, I assume you’ll already know the kind of dosage you need, and with each tablet being 100g, that should be fairly simple.
You might need to be cautious with opening the tub now it’s a bit warmer, this is the second tub of these tablets I’ve had and the first was fine, but this one seems to have gained a bit of internal pressure in the heat.
Got these for my large paddling pool I’ve got at my house.
It keeps the pool clean whilst it’s up and being used by nephew.
It doesn’t have a strong smell , the tablet dissolves in to the water within a few minutes.
Tablets are kept in a screw lid container, for storage.

These chlorine tablets work fine at cleaning water in pools. They are quite small but I just put several at a time in a float and they dissolve into the water and clean it.
