Installed all by itself as a “mouse”. Doesn’t intrude. Moves very slightly intermittently. Easy. Stops your laptop from locking if you leave it for a few minutes. Also leaves your Teams as green.
well, that’s the end of the review – the darn thing works. Plug it in a spare USB, and screensavers stop triggering, sessions stay connected, even if you walk away from the computer. NOT TO BE USED in an office environment, or any area where your computer is unattended for a long time for SECURITY reasons, but, it does what it’s supposed to do, and keeps sessions live.
Works a treat. No software to load. Makes working from home way more flexible if big brothers watching*
* I am not condoning skiving – rather the flexibility of working the hours one should but when you want. Big Brother may be observing during “office hours” and give no credit for out of hours working!
No need to do anything. No need for software/driver installs. It just works when you stick it in a usb slot, identifying itself as a mouse. Best 5 I’ve spent for a long time!
I’m using this to stop my screen locking and it works well. However, I was hoping there would be a small driver to control the operation. So instead i found an app on the microsoft store that does the same job. That’s why I have given 4 stars instead of 5.
You can download several free bits of software that stops your machine locking out…but none of them seem to keep Teams alive.

Also looking into it, its undetectable, not even detecting its inserted. Im currently using it in a USB Hub on Mac OS (Sonoma) with 2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 processor.

The first one arrived just as an empty packet! I suspect some Amazon packing fail, but can’t be sure, money was returned and I had purchased another.
Device is Plug and Play – PC sees it as a mouse. No more having to jiggle the mouse manually during presentations or screen sharing on TEAMS/ZOOM.
Can’t notice any mouse flickering at all, wouldn’t know it was there.
I’m sure the governance team wouldn’t look favourably at me as prevents time-out on machine and having to re-enter password! Shame, there’s always a downside eh! 🙂
