Had previously used bamboo fencing. Decided to try this, a wow!!! I mean see for yourself on the pics. So made up finally makes my garden look nice enough to sit in. So glad I purchased it. Had to get 2 in size one in 4m and 3m.
So far so good looks great on my balcony and gives us some privacy and seems to be quite sturdy. Look even better at night time when my little lights come on. I will say one thing it was a bit too long but instead of cutting it we just folded it and secured with the ties as we didn’t want to cut the string that’s holds it together it looks ok folded. Would definitely recommend
Nice and sturdy as long as there is something behind to support it, can be seen through at certain angles but I’m really pleased with the final look. Will be interesting to see how long it lasts in a British winter but so far so good
I ordered two 90cmX5m anthracite screens for our garden fence. Opened one box on Saturday and started cutting and fitting to our fence. It looked exceptionally good when installed. Feeling happy and wanting the get the job finished so we opened the second box…. It is BAMBOO colour, not the anthracite colour I ordered. I don’t understand how they managed to get one correct and one completely wrong. Disappointed, I put in a return request. Printed label and dropped it off at a Hermes pickup point on Sunday and got a receipt for it. Then I ordered another anthracite screen to complete the job two days later. Now 4 days after dropping the returned item, Amazon hasn’t even updated the return status to acknowledge the fact the item was dropped off, let alone receipt. I’m starting to worry that it’s missing in transit and I might not even get my refund. The disappointment of not receiving the correct order and stress of return somehow counteract the excitement of the beautiful job the screens have done to transform the look of my garden. Now I have to wait another 10 days until I can make Amazon to investigate my return and refund, very annoying.
The colour is nice and the screen provides a good degree of privacy. Downside is it scratches easily and is a nightmare if you need to cut it as the ties all unravel. Would be easier if they were wire. It seems sturdy enough and would be fairly simple to erect if you didn’t need to cut it , so overall would recommend.
