Silent Hill is my absolute favourite franchise. Only about 5 hours into the game, but so far, so amazing! For me, Bloober have exceeded expectations in remaking a beloved classic.
As far as video games go, I couldn’t be happier.

I am a huge silent hill fan i own all of the original games and silent hill 2 is my favourite i was expecting a complete remake of the original but so far the game is ecen better you should all be playing this then find all the original games and play them

Just 3 hours in and I’ve had to put the game on pause, I want to put it down and get ready for bed, but I can’t.
Getting the original game director & composer Akira Yamaoka back for the music plus series favourite Masahiro Ito for the art & character designs paid off and Bloober Team have created a remake that feels both brand new and perfectly nostalgic at the same time.

The details are insane, your character James gets visibly fatigued over the course of the game from lack of sleep.
I’m also lacking in sleep, because this game is keeping me up all night.

Tonnes of accessibility features including subtitles for dyslexics.
As someone that is dyslexic, colourblind, Autistic with Sensory processing disorder, I feel completely catered for which is so very rare in a video game.

Plus a game that actually utilises the Dual Sense controllers light bar to show your characters health!

I’m only 3 hours in, but I feel home for the first time in 20+ years.

The reversible cover with the original games cover design on the reverse is a very very nice touch as well.
