we love this back pack for cycling and hiking. the net pockets are perfect for standard water bottles and the straps are better quality than having a synch type sack. it’s a great size for throwing in phones, keys, snacks, sunscreen, etc. looks great too.
We bought this for a day in Nassau on our Bahamas cruise. It’s comfortable to carry, I really like how it molds to you more or less. It’s lightweight, and seems durable. I just expected it to be a little bigger. Still a good bag though!

We recently got into hiking and needed something to carry our stuff in on the longer trails. We saw this and thought it would be perfect. We take it with us regularly to stash water bottles, snacks, tripods, and various other essentials in. It’s super light and at times I forget that I have it on my back. I will say that folding it back down isn’t something we have tried just yet but its small enough to toss in the trunks and it lays flat so its not really something we need to do. All around great back pack for hiking the trails!
Because this is a folding pack, there is no structure to the pack and nothing against the back panel to keep contents from poking your back, so this is not made for extended use or for heavy items and I wouldn’t consider this as a daily hiking pack. But if you need something for travel or for some purchases, this will fit the bill nicely.
Pros:
– The pack is generously sized for a folding pack at 10-liters and is made from a durable ripstop water resistant nylon that is thicker than any other material I have seen on a folding pack.
– The zipper pulls have toggles made of 3mm cord, so they don’t jingle when walking and are plenty durable.
– There are two outside mesh pockets with elastic cuffs that are large enough to hold up to a 24-ounce water bottle.
– There is one outside zippered pocket for smaller essentials that has a key keeper hook, and it is lined with a lighter colored grey material so that it is easier to see the contents. There is also a small security pocket on the back panel.
– The outside back of the pack has a reflective tab onto which you can clip a blinky light.
– There is a durable grab-handle on top of the pack.
– There is light padding on the pack straps.
– It is very lightweight at only 10-ounces.
For a folding pack at around thirty dollars, I can’t think of any negatives other than it would have been nice if there was a storage pouch on one of the pack straps. Otherwise, this is a great packable pack for travel or keeping in your vehicle.
