The heating feature is excellent.
The vibrating feature is far too loud to use as it rattles the whole unit and is annoying.
Would be even better if the battery life was longer as it takes so long to charge between uses. However for the price I am satisfied and use it frequently!

Got for daughter to help her cope with unpleasant levels of abdominal pain pending investigative surgery when prescription drugs failed to help. She said it was comfortable and unobtrusive to wear with soothing heat levels combined with effective vibration. Indeed, overall she said she was very pleased with it BUT for one thing which seems to me to be a very significant thing and that is whilst the wearer can select when she activates the vibrations when the machine is “on” it is not possible to isolate the functions and prevent the vibrations being activated accidentally. Working, as she does, in frontline clinical role, in a busy NHS hospital there are many opportunities for this to happen to the extent I think she may have reduced the periods she resorts to wearing it. As she says, it’s a bit disconcerting to suddenly start vibrating in the middle of a ward round – and I can think of a myriad of situations in which this might be equally awkward!
I was going to add that the same situation may not apply to heat but I have rethought this in view of the current exceptionally high temperatures. They may be shortlived but I am sure there must be instances where the odd vibrate is preferable to breaking out in soggy sweat and/or glowing bright red/orange like a Belisha beacon!
I really like this product and have so far used it for lower back, shoulder and neck pain.
I’ve found the different heat settings to be good but prefer to use the warmest setting as I’m used to using a hot water bottle. I’ve not used the vibrating modes so much but they have been good for the neck pain and have helped in alleviating migraines.
The vibrating modes are noisy which would be a problem if you wanted to use the product discreetly.
The product is straightforward to use and quick to charge. I found it lasted long enough to alleviate pain and discomfort.
After researching several products, I decided to purchase the Slimpal Cordless Heating Pad which offered heat and vibration therapy. As usual the device arrived next day via Prime in simplistic packaging which contained the heating pad device, type C charging cable and the manual.
Upon first impression the device looks well made with only 3 buttons, heating on/off/level button. Vibration on/off/level button and a button to release the adjustable elasticated strap.
Plugging in the device to charge an orange to red light glows off and on until fully charged when both lights stay on as shown in the accompanying video.
My partner was into her second day of cramps, and she usually uses a hot water bottle to relieve her symptoms. I gave her the Slimpal and she was a little sceptical that it would work. She chose the highest heating option and adjusted the strap to fit. She initially placed the device over her clothing but could not feel the heat enough so decided to place it under her clothes. After around 15 minutes she noted a marginal amount of relief but stated that the same could be achieved from the hot water bottle. She then decided to combine the heat therapy with vibration. After another 15 minutes she said that with the vibration it was giving her a greater level of relief and at least she could be more mobile than carrying around a water bottle.
So, a general thumbs up from my partner.
I suffer from lower back pain and thought that maybe if it works for her then it may work on my back. I tried it in a number of variations but unfortunately it offered little relief as it needed to be more targeted.

For its use, it is very simple: you have the choice between 3 heating temperatures and 3 vibration modes.
The two modes can be combined.
The small LEDs allow us to carefully check our selection.
The interior that is in contact with the skin is soft, a material that looks like short velvet.
The belt is elastic and allows you to adapt to the size according to different morphologies.
This heating belt is useful for the woman, but also for the man who tried it to relieve low back pain.
A versatile bel
The heat is set at 3 different temperatures the highest gets so hot it’s almost burning which simulates a hot water bottle (but you can turn this to the medium setting if it is too hot) and lasts about 3 hours before you have to charge again but it’s easier than having to reheat the water bottle every 30mins
The vibrations are very loud and personally don’t seem to add much value. If I was to buy again I would probably just buy an electric heat pad rather than the vibrations .
Really good for period pain both lower abdomen and lower back. Lowest heat setting is just the right temperature. Hides well under clothes and easy to use and charge. Adjustable straps are stretchy so would fit all sizes. Not a fan of the vibrate function so only 4 stars – very noisy and only feels like the vibration is on the surface of the skin. Vibrate patterns don’t feel effective either. Happy with it just for the heat function though.
I suffer with paralysing period pains (linked with colitis), I have only used this for one period so far so could be a coincidence but I really was impressed how much less pain I felt.
You can change the vibration settings separately from the heating settings to have whichever combination you’re in the mood for which is nice. I found the heat goes high enough and the belt comfortable.
Although I like having the vibrations, they are loud and I would have liked there to be an option for a constant subtle vibration rather than the random patterns which can sometimes be annoying when wanting to relax.
Have sprained my spine and ribs the pain is horrific brought this used it 6 hours a day for the last few days and it’s helping so much it really has took the edge off the pain.and now I can not be without it…so easy to put on and stays on …the massager is hopeless not worth having on but the heat for the pain is amazing love i
What a lovely alternative to hot water bottles which can be dangerous as we always fill it us with boiling water when in fact we shouldn’t
Very comfortable unit and nice to know that it is safe to use throughout the night when it will just keep going on one charge. (Just love the idea that it is rechargeable!)
The massage unit is an absolute bonus so it is doubly effective. All this at a very reasonable price – and I got a voucher offered against the price too when I bought it 🙂
The only negative that I can see is that it does not have a power switch but I have been assured that the lack of one does not affect its safety or performance.
The device uses a USB-C charger which is included, but you can use your longer cabled one if you so want.
It was partially charged when it was delivered and so my wife, for whom it was intended, used it right away. Apart from the usual pains ladies get every few weeks she has Crohns meaning she often has stomach cramps.
The device has an elastic ‘belt’ which is comfortable to wear and the heat settings are varied from barely noticeable to quite warm – not as hot as a bean bag from the microwave but they are usually too hot anyways. The vibrating settings are interesting and I daresay some people would find them useful. My wife dislikes them and so only tried them for a few minutes, but like I said, some people will like them.
Build quality – surprisingly good for the overall cost. I would say that it looks far more expensive. There are no rough edges, no obvious moulding defects, no shoddy cloth hanging from the device and a pleasant curve towards the side you’d use against your stomach and so it fits snugly. The belt is made of grey elastic and has plenty of room to be adjusted.
After a few hours the pre delivered charge withered and it was charged – it has been used solidly for 5 hours and no sign of the charge dying as yet. As such, the device is just what I wanted it to be and I would really consider buying another should it be required.

Straight out the box the device is sleek, light and well packaged.
The back is a smooth and soft padding which is very nice against the skin.
There are a few different functions for heat and massage which work very well. Heat wise, the back warms up to each of the 3 temperatures very quickly and the vibration option is efficient in soothing.
It’s slightly noisy when the massage function is on but other than that I am really happy with it overall.
I have very painful cramps and I normally call in sick or use holiday, but since I bought this product,I take it with me everywhere and I didn’t missed a day from work. It is so comfortable that I fall asleep with it and had no issues, very discreet, perfectly under the clothes. I am very happy with it. Thank you! Best thing I ever bought.
I bought this for lower back pain at night. Ideal, as can leave next to bed, and only turn on when needed, in contrast to gel pads. The addition of vibration to heat is also ideal.
If you wake up in the middle of the night, with painful cramps and you’re too lazy or in too much pain to get a hot water bottle, then this is the product you need.
When I first charged it and used it, it was such a relief and after about 30-40 mins I felt better.
I’ve used it over the course of a few months now and I find that it still charges well and works as it says it should. The best part, is the highest temperature, as it helps me the most.
For the vibrations, I think it’s a cool feature (it’s like a low buzzing sound if you’re wondering how loud it is).
Although I think it’s a nice thing to have, I don’t turn it on that much, since the heat is what satisfies me the most.
The belt was easy to put on and it’s not bad looking. Despite this, I initially thought when buying, that I would take this product when I go out, but because of the colour around the button, I’d rather not. I guess you could hide it under your coat, if you’re embarrassed of it, but if you’re fine with it showing, then you go for it!!
