i’ve counted my steps and compared to what the watch says and it’s spot on, which is what i bought it for. the heart rate monitor and blood oxygen level metrics aint that accurate, and neither is the distance walked which is probably 10-15% over estimated. The Kcal burned seems pretty reasonable &, for the 25 i paid it does what i wanted, so no complaints and the wife is happy with hers too.
I read most of the reviews, so I decided to purchase one, I’m glad I did. Loads of functions many I wouldn’t use but the rest perfect for every day use, keeps track of everything I do, that’s health wise. And it can be synchronised with Google fit. Nice to be able to do every day duties with out having to carrying my phone to track my steps.
I have had this smart watch for almost 2 months now and have been using it everyday. I prefer to allow time to see how my purchased products operate before writing a review.
Admittedly, I was a little skeptical that this smart watch could deliver all its claims on such a cost effective budget. However, I am so far very pleased with its functionality. The default screen display has all the main items that I am interested to see at a glance. The swipe function to other screen displays works well. It links to my phone well enabling me to speak to callers on it. I also like the fact that it can link to my Apple Health App to relay my health metrics and recorded activities, such as the number of steps.
To be honest, it has far more functions than I need right now. But it is good to know that if I needed, I can access them in the future. Overall, I am very pleased with this smart watch and believe that it is great value for money.
