The kit comes with two extended arms and a J buckle, which makes it compatible with various action cameras. The sticky pad seems to hold the camera on securely. The included J-buckle adds an extra layer of security for bumpy rides or in case of an unexpected impact. The kit comes with two different length arms for the camera mount. This allows me to adjust the position of my camera for the best possible POV angle. One thing I noticed is that the sticky pad can be a bit tricky to position correctly the first time. It took me a couple of tries to get it just right. Additionally, while the kit is sturdy, it would be even better if it came with a few extra sticky pads for future use or repositioning.
