This resistance band is great for helping my daughter with her stretches, She is a beginner so I’m not sure how they would be for more advanced gymnasts but these serve us well!
The product arrived in a simple cellophane wrapper. I thought it would have some sort of instructions on how to use them – nope.
There is a quick video on the selling page, but I had to scour the internet to get a decent set of exercises and understand the range of movements that this band helps with.
The band is quite substantial and the slots are an excellent way of adjusting the resistance – my other bands you have to wrap around your hands to adjust.
The elasticity of the band is not quite what it is on the video – it is much harder – maybe it’s me.
