I totally recommend this for black ski
I have tried numerous factor 50 sun blocks for the face and most are NOT factor 50 or anywhere near it. Not good enough. This is completely different and is the only sun block I’ve ever used that works properly. Highly recommended.
The main reasons why I’m going to try a different sunscreen now is because it stings the eyes (so can’t apply it to sensitive areas above or below the eyes) and also the sticky wood effect things on the cap pills over time (see photo). So every time I open the lid I get the stuff all over my hands! Not what you want before rubbing cream into your face.
I would say this is a great sunscreen to bring travelling – its waterproof to a certain extent and gives great protection as long as you don’t mind a bit of stinging. But in terms of everyday use, I wouldn’t go there again.
It has a chemical small to it but it’s nothing too crazy. It does leave a the everso slightest white cast and is quite runny but works well. I’d use it for the body more than the face as it feels a tad greasy.
It’s UVA and UVB protection and I’m happy with the ingredients. I’m not sure about water resistance as we haven’t tested it yet.
Most face sunblocks feel heavy and greasy but this one just soaks right in and the best part is that it doesn’t end up in my eyes like most do.
Didn’t realise that ‘face’ sun cream has moisturiser in it (clue is in the title – doh!)
Was very surprised with how soft my skin felt until I read the label haha.
