Super Facialist – Vitamin C + Brighten Skin Renew Cleansing

Was recommended this when I started face-care, was nice to apply and effects made my skin feel more fresh. I’m not experienced in skin-care but as a recommendation from a friend of mine this is definitely a good purchase for beginners or people who are aware of what they’re doing.

Removes make-up really easily, glides across the face so you don’t feel like you’re pulling at your skin, and it never irritates my skin or breaks me out. The bottle lasts for ages too so it’s really good value, highly recommend!

Been loving this oil cleanser… ingredients are very uncomplicated and simple which is always a great sign. All ingredients are non comedogenic which means it wont clog pores, which is hard to find in oil based products! the vitamin C is a nice addition that other oil clensers don’t have but I haven’t been using the product long enough to notice any change In skin dullness and brightening.. if you’re looking for a simple oil clensers that does the job and has trusted ingredients this is one to use for sure.

So… I chose this cleansing oil as my skin has been very dry recently and decided to try a different cleansing method to my usual foaming Shea butter cleansing wash or cream camomile cleanser. I have oily nose and chin areas but the rest is dry, sensitive, and shows some redness and irritation. Alcohol in products is a generally a big no no and I like water on my face to feel refreshed. After searching, reading reviews, and considering cost/needs I selected this one. This product is AMAZING. A full 5 stars from someone who never leaves reviews but this needed a glowing report. It is light, easily massaged and emulsifies like a dream. I rinse in the shower on an evening and flannel off in the mornings. I don’t double cleanse as I like the light moisturised, but not greasy, feeling the oil cleanser leaves. I follow with a simple rose water toner and superfacialist rose day/night cream. Having tried their rose oil cleanser too, I prefer this one as the rose one is more rich and sticky and doesn’t emulsify as well. Although also a great product, I find the rose version more of a treatment/moisturising oil and use as a bedtime treat once or twice a week and not always to cleanse but simply massage and moisturise. It’s also way more expensive and not necessarily better (for me)- apart from the rose smell, which is lush. This cleanser is simple and fresh- not luxurious but a new daily essential for me. If I have heavy eye makeup on I use on the eye area first with cotton pads before massaging by hand all over the face as usual and there is generally no mascara left to be seen. Sorry for the lengthy review but I’ve answered a few questions I had when purchasing. The value for money is phenomenal. Well worth a try. One bad point- the packaging is pants, looks a bit cheap and particularly the lid as you simply pour out the oil- a pump would be way better. Overall, no reason not to buy and I won’t be trying any other oil cleansers for a very long time. My skin has improved immensely and I am mega impressed. Please try it!
