Why does my fingerprint recognition not work?
The fingerprint area is pasted with dustproof film and fingerprint film. Please gently tear off the dustproof film and keep it clean. Do not tear off the transparent fingerprint film, otherwise it will cause fingerprint recognition failure.
How to increase the sensitivity of the screen?
After installing the phone case, make sure that the fingerprint film is attached to the surface without air bubbles, and then reset the fingerprint to maintain the high sensitivity of fingerprint unlocking.
How do I use the screen protector?
This S24 ultra case contains two front frames and a Tempered Screen Protector. You can use the front frame with built-in screen protector alone, or use the tempered film with a no-screen front frame.
I love this Samsung S24 Ultra case I believe it’s one of the best so far I have come across. I recommend this product to everyone, but please make sure you read the instructions first so it will be very easy to put on or watch it on YouTube.
Got this as it looked like solid protection for my new phone. It came with 2 different screen protectors and there’s online video on how to put them+case on. I’ve put the flat screen protector on and days later my cat decided to chew through the phone. There were cracks all over the front of the phone but I couldn’t tell if screen was damaged until I’ve bought new screen protector and took the old one off. Screen protector was in pieces but no damage to the screen at all. Flat screen protector was quite thick but had really good response and did not affect the use at all. It worked well even when it was cracked. I’ve tried to find the screen protector from this set by itself to put it on again but couldn’t find any on amazon. Just hope my new screen protector is as strong as the one from this set.
2nd time i have purchased these cases and could not fault. upgraded my s23ultra for an s24 ultra and o2 said phone was in immaculate condition. good quality, fits amazing both the cases i hade for the the S23 ultra and the S24 ultra
It’s so hard to find a case that provides all the functionality that this case provides:
– Fully enclosed clam-shell style case,
– Sliding camera cover,
– Incorporated screen protector that provides decent finger print recognition and touch sensitivity,
– Kickstand,
– Beltclip (good for securing inside a pocket).
And it even comes with a separate screen protector and front cover/mount in case that’s how you prefer to do things. A good back up option when the built-in cover eventually wears out.
I need all of these things, especially with a chunky phone like the S24 Ultra and working in IT where I’m constantly on the go.
The case fits very well.
The finger print recognition and touch sensitivity is so much better than many other similar cases I’ve tried.
It was a bit tricky to get remove the separate front cover/mount that comes fitted in the rear cover, but that was more me worrying about breaking it, turns it the rear cover is a very flexible material.
Overall, I would say it’s very good value for money. 30 to protect a 1,600 phone – no brainer.
A great case. Considering how much phones are these days. I bought this for my S24 Ultra, its a solid case, keeps everything safe & protected. I got the clear as I bought the Titanium Yellow phone. It looks great, really clear and the fingerprint ID works with it too.

I’ve been using Spigen cases for years which in my opinion are some of the best cases out there, but this sturdy well crafted case has suprised me.
The built-in screen protector front cover is good and the fingerprint on there works well, I didn’t even have to reset and re register my fingerprints when I tried it out.
Since am obsessed with privacy screen protectors, I opted to use the firm-less front cover provided and a separately purchased privacy screen protector and the results are beyond belief.
Highly recommend this case.
The case is very sturdy & seems to compliment the phone & is not to bulky im very pleased over all the only one thing but is not a big problem is the opening for the S-Pen it’s a bit awkward to get out.

The cover is indeed as described in other reviews, light but strong and will certainly keep the s24 ultra save. I particularly love the tempered glass. It’s very easy to install, just slap it into the screen and your good to go. Fingerprint works great with the glass on. No bubbles, color vibrancy is maintained….this combination should certainly keep your phone quite well protected.
