Pens are great but case is not. Zip broke within a week therefore can not use to carry the pens!
Changed from 3 to 5 stars as customer service is excellent and problem resolved.
My daughter loves these
It doesn’t come with the exact colours displayed on the advertised image
Id say some colours/shades were missing to permit more of a variety but overall it’s a great set
Good quality pens and suitable for all ages and not bad value for money
I think the pens are durable
They’re easy to hold and comfortable
No leaking, no dryness
They appear to be lovely
Perfect for beginners
These pens are great. However a couple of the colours don’t really work very well and are a bit dried up. I would also like to see a bit more variety in colours considering there is 100 colours it’s lacking in some areas.
Some felts are dry which makes it harder to create any colour , but there’s a big variety of colours , the person who sells them just needs to work harder to make sure he or she sells felt tips in working orde
Arrived same day of ordering. For the price, the pens blend well and there’s a good colour range. It came with a plastic stand for the pens as well as a handy carry bag. It also came with a white gelly pen, double sided black linework pen, a silicone sheet to place between pages to help with bleed through and a colourless blending marker. There was no spillage and the pens are smooth to use. They would be suitable for beginners to get used to alcohol markers. I use them as a travel set when I don’t want to risk my more expensive markers or for sketchbook spreads. I do wish they came with a softer and more flexible nib to allow for smoother lines and blending like my copics or ohuhu markers but I really cannot fault these atall for the price
These are a good set of pens. Bought as a gift for my daughter I’ve used them too and as you can see above you can be very precise with the smaller nib. They’re vibrant and lots of colours to chose from. Highly recommend. They do go through paper though so work better on card or slightly thicker paper but that’s what we purchased them for.
These are good , my son loves them – just be aware that they really bleed through the page . This was mentioned, so not a seller fault – just be aware. My son uses a piece of card behind the paper so that it doesn’t bleed on to the next page of his drawing pad but just be aware as without the card it does
These feel really nice for colouring in. They do seem to bleed into the paper more than my other colouring pens. Really pleased with the set, but I received two pens of the same colour (23: orange). Have tried contacting Amazing/Seller, but it’s all automated and so the only option given was a return, even though I’ve declared ‘missing parts’. Other than that, I’m happy with my purchase
I bought these roughly 2/3 weeks ago, and I wanted to wait to do my review for after I’ve used these multiple times. 1 pen had leaked when I opened the packaging and no longer worked as it had no ink. The colour bleeds out on the paper a fair bit too. As a whole they’re really good to colour in with ect but they do run out pretty fast. I’m 2-3 weeks in and 3 of my colours have already completely ran out and I wouldn’t say I’ve over used them in that time. You do get a good choice of colours but it’s really lacking oranges and reds. There is so many different shades of greens and greys. Maybe a little less of those colours and a couple more oranges and red shades. I recommend them as a whole but they do have the downsides of the things I’ve mentioned above.
I got this set for my 5 year old daughter, she found some how to draw videos on youtube and I tought we can do it together, which was a success.
It is a great set, but sometimes it feels it missing some basic colors, I can really put my finger on it, but it does feel like it.
As for the markers, for my 5 years old it is bit troublesome to put the lids back properly, it does click when you put the lid on, but it is odd, sometimes need a more heavy push and it is really random how you close it, it has a positive sound of a click but not feel.
One way to make sure that all is on properly is when they are in the case push on all of them.
The grid which holds the markers it a bit loose it does hold the markers, but it is a bit too loose for my taste.
Altogether it is a great kit, I would say most or the complaints are my preference rather than then the kits failure.
I’ve always been a big fan of using alcohol markers. I’m an avid crafter and do alot of rubber stamping, and I use them to colour in the images. I’ve already got a selection of pens in the Spectrum Noir and ProMarker range, but wanted to see if I could find a decent, cheaper alternative that I could use for general colouring, in colouring books etc. So I ordered this set. As soon as they arrived, I tried some out, just doing a random picture in a colouring book, and I have to say, I was very impressed by the quality considering the bargain price! I was able to do a bit of ‘shading’ and blending with these, the same as my more expensive pens, and the ink seems to run smooth enough. There is a really good colour selection included, though I would say, most are a darker spectrum, so if you are looking for really bright colours, thus might not be the best set for you. For the things I colour, it’s actually perfect. The only thing I would say, is some of the colour descriptions on the caps are a bit off, like for example, there is one called ‘Fresh Green’ which actually colours yellow, and a ‘Pale Blue’ which colours a light violet! There are a couple more like that, and a couple where there isn’t really too much of a difference in shade. I would highly recommend doing a colour swatch chart (like I have done) so you can see the true colours. I also had a free highlighter pen (draws in white ink) and a fine liner marker. I like the zip storage bag they all came in, keeps them all tidy. The next test really, will be seeing how much ink there is before each pen runs out, but of course, only time will tell. And I’ve noticed on other reviews it mentions they bleed through the page, yes, they will, all alcohol markers will, its not just this brand. Just pop a few pieces of scrap paper underneath your work to protect the surface underneath. Overall, I still give this five stars as I think it’s a superb set for the price, and would be great for beginners and those like myself, to use alongside other alcohol markers to extend the range of colours for our collection.
