Purchased these for post-surgery recovery exercises. They work well. The bands are long and can be tricky to make the right size by doubling over. Would be good paired with a set of similar short bands.
Would highly recommend, really good quality bands. The accessories are little weak, would’ve really expected a rubber stop instead of a foam one, but it works. But yeah some of the best bands I’ve seen. Will update in a few weeks and see how they are after they’ve been used.
I bought these to use as a warm up before my weights routine and they definitely support that. Cheap, yet good quality. You could definitely get a fairly decent maintenance workout with these if you’re travelling or just looking to do basic stuff. And for warming up and stretching they’re great. I’d say if you’re looking for a more challenging weight/strength workout, or to use for assistance (like pull ups etc) you’d probably want some more heavy duty / more pro type. But all in all I’m pleased.
The black band, the heaviest seems quite durable. The others seem less so, but have not broken. They are a little shorter than I would like as I’m quite tall. For the price though, these are fine and useful for several exercises.
I have been using these resistance bands for the last few weeks and can honestly say they’re great. I brought these with the intention of using them to rehabilitate my shoulder but they have progressed to being my mobile gym whilst I’m working on a boat in the North Sea. With the three bands included (yellow, red and black) and a few YouTube videos I can replicate most exercises I do at the gym. I will be purchasing the next sizes up soon but until then I just double up with the bands I have. Excellent value for money.
