Love this! I can spin whilst at my standing desk and reading emails and docs. I didn’t get it for this purpose, but one day when I was stiff I gave it a go and now sometimes I’m spinning 30/45 mins. Not sure it’ll make me fitter, but as an incentive to move and stop being sedentary it’s great.
I wanted to add something like this in my workout, iam actually very impress, very sturdy, help me burn more calories. can be used not only for sliming tummy but great resistance for the arm workout ..great value for money
Using this twist disc has added a fun twist to my workouts. It feels like playing a game while working out, and the resistance bands add a good challenge. A great quality small piece of workout equipment. It is perfect for space saving and portability. Very pleased with this. Have been using it for a week now. It seems effective – even after 10 minutes you can feel it working. Delivery was fast. This is perfect for anyone who doesn’t enjoy or doesn’t have time for the gym – a daily workout at home which you can do for as long as you can manage. Would recommend.
It just worth the money. Sturdy and good quality. I work a lot at home with computer. Having this balance disc allowed me to do movement even when I sit on my work chair. Easy to usen even my child kan use it.

It’s a lot more difficult than I thought, which is good I can feel my waist getting toned. Initially my arms were moving more than my waist but now I’ve got the hang of it. Works great good price
