Love this! I can spin whilst at my standing desk and reading emails and docs. I didn’t get it for this purpose, but one day when I was stiff I gave it a go and now sometimes I’m spinning 30/45 mins. Not sure it’ll make me fitter, but as an incentive to move and stop being sedentary it’s great.
Good sturdy exercise disk, I use to do some exercise on my daily life and be more active, when you get older, with health and mobility problems, medication, etc it is difficult to keep trim , be healthy and keep your weight down. This disk offer a easy way to do it, for the long you can do and in the comfort of your own home.It is recomended 10 minutes a day, as my pain is intense I cant do more than five minutes, I do 5 in the mornings and 5 in the afternoon, trying to build a bit of strength core and some mobility.
I wanted to add something like this in my workout, iam actually very impress, very sturdy, help me burn more calories. can be used not only for sliming tummy but great resistance for the arm workout ..great value for money
