Arrived next day. Wore it for 1 hr immediately on receipt of the Brace. It comes already set up, you don’t have to figure out how to put it together, just slip it on and adjust. Did have to figure out how to tighten for my shoulders, didn’t take long. The relief is instant. I have a trapped nerve in the neck which causes intense stiffness and pain in the muscles leading to my shoulder blade, as a result my head gets pulled towards that should putting my posture off alignment. I didn’t want this to become worse, hence this purchase.. I also have a bad lower back and this brace takes care of both. Very satisfied customer, naturally I recommend and NO, I haven’t been given any discount or payments to make this review.
I found this item very good. It really does make you hold your shoulders and back straight. Very easy to use and so comfortable too. I started off wearing for 10 minutes each day and have slowly gone up to 20 to 30 minutes. But you can probably do more time but 20 minutes is enough for me.
Identical to the shoulder straps. An idea might be to put coloured stickers on them. Today it took about 3 mins to get it on. When I take it off, I will carefully retain or set it up again for tomorrow. I might add that I think that all these types of shoulder braces will have the same problem.

The winter is the hardest time for me and this has definitely helped. It’s more substantial than another brace I have and includes a lot more mid-back support. But the principle is similar to all others–force your shoulders back. I can wear it comfortably all day, but I am used to wearing these kinds of braces–I find it more reassuring than restricting. If you are in pain, I would say give this a try as it’s one of the least invasive options and you MUST take care of your back, even when you are young!
With my desk job, back pain became a constant nuisance. This back support brace caught my eye, and I haven’t looked back since. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day and discreet under clothing. My posture has improved, and the back pain has significantly reduced. It’s not just a support brace; it’s a gentle reminder to keep my back straight.
Getting it on is pretty simple, you just put the shoulder straps on and then the waist straps. It pulls you upright immediately and will be strange at first but it’s still comfortable and you get used to it pretty quickly. It’s fairly discrete so you can hide it well with a loose top while you are wearing it if you want to.
It’s an easy way to improve your back health in the long term and make you look better when walking around. You just have to be strict about using it every day for a while though.
I have tried a few different back supports and I have to say that this one is one of the better ones as rather than just wrapping around your lower torso it loops over your shoulders and helps to straighten and strengthen your back.
I’m quite impressed by how it helps support your lower back and correct your posture but it doesn’t put any pressure on your shoulders, even though you tighten the straps over your shoulders to the desired support level. The built in stiffening rods in the brace also help to support and straighten your back.
You can adjust this over time to tighten the velcro straps over your shoulders and around your waist to the desired support level.
Overall the brace is thin enough not to be noticeable under loose clothing.
I’m impressed by this – one of the best back supports I’ve tried.
For me personally and what I use these for it’s definitely one of the best I’ve worn and will 100% continue to wear it.
The initial set-up was a bit of a headache as there are in total 6 Velcro pads to adjust and the shoulder parts are in an awkward position of you haven’t stuck them down in a place where you can easily access them when it’s on before readjusting.
With that said, once you have it all adjusted, you only have to undo the waist straps to take it off, making it easier to put on for the next time.
I can’t deny that it is certainly helping my posture which is exactly what I needed (it’s very hard to slouch once you’ve put this on and adjusted appropriately).
My posture has suffered somewhat over the last years for various reasons, so I thought that I would try out this back support brace and posture corrector. I’ve been pretty impressed with the results, even after just a week of use. It is comfortable to wear, granted a bit tight across the stomach, so you might want to avoid wearing it after a large meal. The instructions aren’t great, specifically I found the text under the photos very small. But its not too difficult to work out how to wear it and how to adjust the straps.
It does seem to work, essentially retaining your body to stand and sit more correctly, which is already helping my posture. Really worth considering as it does seem to make a difference.
So far my daughter has worn this for a couple of days and says this back brace is by far the most comfortable yet. One of the main advantages of this WellSync brace is that it can be adjusted round the waist and the shoulders. From the first time it’s put on the level of correcting pressure can be controlled very precisely by the user. And because the Velcro straps are so strong once in position this corrector won’t slip.
A slight moan. The instructions. The print in the main instruction is so small you’ll need to have a magnifying glass handy!
My daughter likes this back support, and if she likes it then so do I
I have had posture correctors before but have never found one that seems to make much of a difference, but right from the get-go, I was pleasantly surprised with this one.
It is a well-made device that can be adjusted to suit your personal body size and needs. Velcro straps allow you to adjust the tension in the shoulders, the circumference of the waist, and the tightness around the back.
There was no trouble putting it on. Basically, it was a case of putting the two straps over your shoulders, then pulling the two thick waist bands around to the front and putting them on over the other so that the velcro holds in nice and firm.
I immediately noticed a difference in my posture, which was very reassuring. If you have a habit of slouching, as I do, then you will definitely notice it, as it immediately pulls you up to a more upright position and makes slouching more difficult, if not impossible.
I have it on as I am sitting here typing this, and I can really feel the difference. It is making me sit up straight in a well-aligned posture, whereas normally I would be slouched back in my chair, so that is a real result.
I would have given it five stars, but I deducted a point due to the ludicrously small print on some of the instructions. There really should be a law about how small instructions can be. I had to not only put my glasses on but also get a magnifying glass. It made me laugh where it says “Please read and follow the instructions carefully,” and then underneath it has six pictures with the instructions written under each one, which is probably in a 3pt font, and to make it even harder to read, it is a thin font on a dark background.
It is a shame, as apart from page 3 in the instruction booklet (which is actually six-step instructions), the font used is acceptable. They really should have just added a couple of extra pages to the instruction book and used a bigger font that people who don’t have 20:20 vision can read.
But, as for the device itself, I think it is really going to help, and I suppose that is what is most important.
