These drives are the go to for NVR’s and DVR’s most manufacturers use these inside of their units. They are designed specifically for the constant 24/7 writing that recording devices require to operate.

I recently purchased a hard drive and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with its performance and reliability. This hard drive has proven to be a worthy investment, providing ample storage space and good for security camera

I bought this to replace an aging hard drive in a swann DVR. Easy to install and works perfectly. The 6GB gives me 11 days worth of recording with 8 cameras (6 4K) recording 24/7.

Drive works good in a NVR. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it was shipped in light bubble pack which had zero padding on arrival, not even in a box. It took a beating in transit but still works.
