Simple but yet plenty can be done using them.
Good elastic and durable bands.
Colour coded and visually wider for higher resistance.
Been using for a month of added resistance to push up, seems good so far.
Also included a door anchor for the tricep pushdown.
Good set for only 9 for Prime.
These resistance bands certainly work. They are strong and give varying degrees of workout depending on the size.
I guess you could mix cement on a building site to get a similar workout but failing that probably easier to just get these and do your workout wherever you are! Be aware they are quite heavy if you plan on travelling with them. I guess that eludes to their quality so not necessarily a bad thing.
Quite a reasonable price.
Recommended if you want to do some fairly gentle exercise.
