It works!
I purchased a XTU wireless video doorbell recently and thus far has worked brilliantly. It was easy to install and the app is user friendly. In short, I am happy with my purchase.
Best doorbell so fa
No need subscribe to cloud service and even you don’t have to use the sdcard to review the clips. Furthermore, the doorbell angle can be adjusted is vital as I installed it on the door frame and there is an external wall next to the bell, if no angle can be adjusted, half of the camera footage would be obstructed by the wall!
Works perfectly
The xtu door cam/bell has made my family and I more connected to our front door. The motion detection picks relevant movements while ignoring the sway of trees or cars moving in the background. Good produc
Took a little while to set up but worked with a little patience eg getting a stable connection to the internet and for the SD card to be recognised and formatted. There seems to be many features available considering the price.
Good doorbell camera with no subscription required
The doorbell camera was easy to set up and fix to the door. The app was easy to use although the sensitivity and area covered takes a bit of trial and error to get it to detect the right areas and have the right sensitivity. It saves to the sd card as well as 6 secs free to the cloud and the videos can be downloaded onto your phone, so no subscription is required although this is offered.
A very good video doorbell
This product was recommended to me by a colleague and I’m really pleased I bought it .. it is a very good and easy to install camera doorbell – the software is also easy to install and there is a very clear picture through the camera, I am really pleased with the doorbell and would recommend it to anyone thinking of getting one
XTU Doorbell Camera
I am really pleased with my xtu doorbell camera, it is easy to install, visuality of camera is excellent, my neighbour bought a much more expensive one and visuality isn’t as clear. I feel much more safer that I can view who is on my property when I am not at home. I highly recommend you to purchase, you will not be disappointed.
Multiple features
The camera was easy to set up and connect with WiFi.
Excellent video quality.
Only slight issue, I have set the sensitivity settings to low as I live on a busy main road. Over 9000 cars and people pass each day. This I think is the reason why the battery needs charging every four days or so.

Highly recommended doorbell. A great alternative to the Ring doorbell at half the price.
The quality and audio is amazing. It was easy to set up with the instructions.
Gave one less star as maybe easy to steal or tamper with as no anti-steal alarm. Saw there was a similar product from same buyer but found out later.

Good quality and value.
Really easy to set up and good quality product if you don’t want to pay for a subscription. The build quality is also very good. It doesn’t feel cheap. The after sales support is also excellent. Would be nice if future models would move away from 2.4hz and hide away the SD card slot on the back of the device. If it was 5g I would be happy to pay double what I did because the product itself is much better then the price. Really happy 5 star product and top customer support.
XTU wireless doorbell
The Resolution on this video doorbell is really good providing clear images and videos,
Setting up was very easy it took about 10 minutes,
The XTU doorbell is battery powered which means there’s no unsitly cables,
The XTU is packed with excellent features and let’s you know when you have a package delivered. And I hope to be trying other XTU gadgets in the future, very impressed with the whole package
The Camera arrived on time and in good condition. Once charged and the bracket fitted next to the front door I began setting up the camera which was straight forward. Download the App and follow the instructions.
The video quality is very good, quite sharp and still OK on zoom as well.
The Chime box is easy to pair with just a couple of pushes of buttons. With 4 different tones and sound levels.
What don’t you get in the box, well an SD card but I bought a 128gb card to go with this for just over a tenner on Amazon.
It doesn’t come with a charger but most people have a phone charger knocking around these days but did come with the lead.
Didn’t come with batteries for the chime box but it only needs 3 AAAs. I’m sure you’ve got some hidden at the back of a drawer somewhere.
Overall it looks well made and sturdy. I feel happier now I have a spy on my front door.
No subscription video doorbell
Having had some burglaries in our area we decided to replace our old doorbell with one with a video camera. We didn’t want to pay for a subscription so chose the XTU.
We are delighted with the product which has been configured to pick up movement on our drive. Our current SD card is not recognised but we have 6 seconds of recording from which we can usually identify the caller.

As a first time video doorbell user, I am really impressed with this doorbell.
Firstly the setup was really easy, once charged and installed, we downloaded the app to our family phones.
The video view is excellent quality both day and night, motion detection is not too sensitive.
I have not yet subscribed to the cloud storage or installed an SD card as haven’t found this necessary.
Some great benefits we have found is being able to have a conversation when away from home with someone at the door.
We have had this product for around 6 weeks now and have only just had to charge it up.
Impressive
Bought this originally for security especially for my car…. The night vision picture is very impressive clear cannot fault it. My WiFi is not the best so I do have a slight delay in relaying message, coming through onto my mobile. But really made up with it. Good sturdy frame and love you can turn it left to right. So easy to charge the bell.
Product appears to be working very well
After my previous well known brand of video doorbell stopped working I began to look into cheaper alternatives. The XTU is easy to set up and has incredible picture quality. Very happy with purchase at present, only improvement is if rich notifications were available when motion first detected or if when motion is detected it would state ‘motion detected’ rather than ‘alert message’ and if the SD card was more secure (use a screwdriver to gain access rather than just moving a bit of silicone) but these are only minor suggestions. The doorbell is very good value for money and good quality.
Good camera
Been looking for a ring type doorbell system for a while and came across this one, not too cheap or expensive. Setting up was a bit of a faff, not connecting to my 5g wifi but once sorted all was OK. Great quality picture and easy to use and fit, would recommend
Battery hardly lasts one week
I bought this item because it claims to last one month, when in reality it hardly lasts a week with “motion detection” feature off.
I have contacted the manufacturer to send me a better device, now I am waiting for their response.

They are very fast in responding and they quickly arranged a free replacement.

This doorbell is excellent, very easy to set up & does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Customer service is exceptional i had a minor issue and Clarke responded very promptly. Didn’t minimise my query which was on hindsight irrelevant. I never write reviews but felt the service given by this company was 2nd to none. Would definitely recommend to family & friends.
I bought the XTU J10 doorbell camera to replace my old doorbell, which had expired. The XTU replacement proved to be a very good buy. It was easy to set up and the app that it uses simple to operate. The camera comes with one chime, though more can be purchased if needed.I found the video display to be very clear and crisp, and although the internal battery lasts a long time,it was useful to easily be able to dismount the camera to recharge it. It was also useful to be able to aim the camera in exactly the right angle. The camera not only provides a video of anyone who presses the doorbell, but also records anyone who simply approaches the door. These videos can be stored on the cloud, though I prefer to use a micro SD card which can be inserted into the doorbell camera. Overall, I am very pleased with this item, which works well, is reliable, and in my opinion, is good value for money.
I’ve been using this doorbell for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with its performance.
Firstly, the picture quality is impressive at 1440P, with clear images both day and night. The night vision is particularly good, ensuring that the area around my door is always well-monitored.
Setting it up was straightforward, as it connected wirelessly via WiFi without any issues. You need to install an app called CloudEdge to connect to the doorbell. The app notifies you when the button has been pressed and allows for two-way audio communication, which has been very handy for interacting with visitors even when I’m not home.
The motion detection feature works well, capturing movement accurately without too many false alerts. One of the best aspects of this doorbell camera is that no subscription is required, as it records directly to an SD card. This is a great cost-saving feature compared to other models that require monthly fees.
The battery life has also been good so far, lasting through multiple weeks of use without needing a recharge.
Overall, I’m pleased with it. It offers excellent picture quality, reliable connectivity, and useful features without any additional subscription costs.

Purchased this after big name subscription one stopped working and am really pleased with it.
Very easy set up and the pairing with the CloudEdge app was straightforward. It’s free to use but you can upgrade if you require more storage.
It feels a very well made camera and the images are crystal clear. It says charge up before using but was at 100% anyway.
Not sure how long the battery lasts yet. All in all a bargain at the 55 I paid!
Pretty Nifty - does what it says on the box
The device feels well constructed and feels like a quality doorbell.
Setup is seemless via the app, took less than 3min – no subscription required.
I liked the fact that you can adjust the angle on the cam, depending on your door location and that you can attach the bell with screws or a sticky tape (perhaps if you are renting and want to remove it later).
The seperate speaker should come in handy if you live in a bigger house, or if you are waiting for an important delivery while in a far away room while your phone is on charge.
One improvement I will suggest is to move the location of the SD card, perhaps in a new model?
