This is a great little gadget, and super handy. The printing is never going to be photo quality at this price, but this is definitely sharper than the couple of others I’ve used. The app is decidedly basic, but again, they all are – and it’s certainly not the worst. It includes plenty of templates and photo customisations, and is all very easy to use. I love that you can use sticker paper with it, and there is loads of fun to be had in designing labels for things.
These make a great gift for kids, but are also very useful for grown-ups too! I think this is one of the better ones if you happen to fall under the latter 🙂 Recommended.
I primarily wanted this for my niece, as she loves stickers and would have a great time printing them and colouring them in. However, once I explored the app and found I could use it for making my own labels, my plans to hand it over changed a little. While a lot of the sticker choices in the app are very cute and pitched towards children, it’s also got good options for making labels, fairly professional-looking ones at that. I was a bit flummoxed at first because it didn’t seem to be printed, but that just turned out to be because the roll hadn’t properly unfurled yet. Speaking of the sticker roll, you could definitely do with having more than two, as they’re not that big, and will get used up pretty quickly. Other than that, it’s pretty perfec
I wanted a natty little printer for labels to attach to vacuum bags and this seemed to be the answer.
Lovely lilac colour so I don’t lose it too easily when I put it down. It comes with a wrist strap, not much good to me but if you want to carry it around I guess it’s useful (??). Very compact in size, around the same size as an Alexa Echo Dot but square instead of round. It comes with 2 rolls of thermal printing paper, though I did find that peeling off the backing paper was a bit of a faff. To be honest, I’ve only used this printer for the labels that I needed so haven’t tested its effectiveness when it comes to printing photos (which will only be in B&W).
I didn’t find the set up that easy as it didn’t seem to want to find my phone on Bluetooth to start and still a bit of a pain when I printed some more a couple of weeks later. It was then confusing how to set up the label for text but there are tutorials on the app (that you need to install on your phone) which helped, otherwise you’d be completely lost (or I’m just a techno-idiot).
I haven’t checked but I assume that most thermal paper refill rolls are a standard size and can be obtained quite easily.
This printer has made neat labels for my storage so I’m happy with it and would certainly pay this price for the neatness. I’ve docked a star because of the set-up difficulties.
This little thermal printer is perfect for simple sticker printing or for children to use as a mini printer for their own little projects.
It’s super easy to use and you just need to give it a charge, pop in a roll of stickers, download the app for this and connect via bluetooth and you’re good to go. Connection is easy and painless and the app is good for simple little projects with lots of shapes, example stickers, templates etc. I have actually used the printer with my already installed app (for a more well known thermal printer brand) and it worked fine with this also!
The printer comes with two small white rolls of stickers to get you started and these are good to use with a basic but adequate print quality for this size of pocket printer. We have some rolls of coloured sticker paper from another printer we own and these also worked very well in the printer. The image resolution isn’t amazing, but you’re getting what you’d expect from something like this. It will also do photos if you’d like to use it for this, but keep in mind they will be quite basic quality.
All in all, it’s a great little pocket printer and will suit you perfectly if you’re looking for something for simple stickers, for example, or for children to have a little fun with. Happy to recommend for this!

Certainly pocket sized, this printer is super easy to set up. A single small roll of stickers was provided in addition to a pre-loaded roll (but you have to take a sticker off to load it properly) but these are not going to last long.
The print quality is not high, this is the kind of printer that is best suited to occasional home use or kids. In fact, I’d go so far as to say that as a kid’s product it is great save for the fact that you’ll need to buy a load more stickers! The app to control the printer even seems aimed at kids with simple easy to pick from menus. Producing more adult outputs requires the use of a phone or PC to create pdfs or to scan images (a nice function if you can be bothered).
For kids, or if you want to be reminded of 1980s dot matrix prints on a small scale then this is not bad value!

FOR ME:
A 4* PRODUCT IS GOOD – It does everything it says it should.
A 5* PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT — It does everything it should and MORE or PARTICULARLY WELL or is EXCELLENT VALUE

I wasn’t expecting much but I’m quite impressed with it. I need to play around with it but so far have printed a couple of photos which are a bit grainy but for what I want them for it’s fine.
This little printer has been a fun addition to my desk! Setting it up was pretty straightforward. The app downloaded quickly and connecting it to the printer via Bluetooth was a breeze. The instructions were clear, especially when it came to loading the paper. It took a moment to figure out how the paper spool needed to be inserted, but the little guide helped a lot.
One thing to note is that it comes with two rolls of thermal paper, which is great. Both rolls have sticky backs, so they work perfectly for making labels. I was a little confused at first because one roll was already loaded but with a label covering the paper. Once I peeled that off and threaded the paper out the top, I was good to go.
Overall, this seems like a neat little gadget for printing labels or even QR codes. I’m still playing around with the app and all the features, but so far I’m impressed with how easy it is to use and the fact it comes with extra paper. Be sure to check out replacement paper costs before deciding if the printer is for you.
Pros:
Getting this pocket-sized thermal printer up and running for my daughters was a breeze. With just a USB-C charging cable and paper rolls included, they were printing stickers in no time.
Connecting the printer to their devices via Bluetooth was a snap. The app’s interface is so straightforward, and pairing was just a matter of tapping a button, which meant they could jump right into their creative projects.
The “funny print” app offers all sorts of designs, but what really got my daughters excited was the chance to make their own stickers. Whether they were adding text, emojis, or doodling from scratch, they felt like little artists with endless possibilities.
This printer’s small size means my daughters can take it with them wherever they go. It’s so light, they can carry it in their backpacks and create stickers on the fly, wherever inspiration strikes.
Despite its size, the prints came out looking clear and sharp, and the printer didn’t give them any trouble. It’s been really reliable, which means they can keep printing without any hiccups.
Cons:
While it’s great for text and simple designs, the printer might not be the best choice if you’re looking to print high-quality photos. It’s better suited for quick prints and fun projects rather than professional-grade pictures.
Verdict:
Seeing my daughters light up as they create their own stickers with this little printer is just wonderful. It’s so easy for them to use, and it’s sparked so much creativity. Despite a few limitations, like not being ideal for photos, it’s been such a hit in our household. If you’re looking to inspire your kids’ creativity and give them a fun way to express themselves, I’d definitely recommend giving this pocket-sized printer a try.
The printer came with a roll of label paper already installed inside and another spare one in the box. To set the printer up, remove the small sticker from the roll inside the printer, unroll it a little so that it feeds between the printer and cover, then close the cover. A double press of the power button prints a QR code that, after scanning with your phone, takes you to the software download page for ‘Funny Print’. Once that is installed, you’re given an option to search for nearby devices which should then connect to the printer. Including the time taken to open the box, it took me less than 5 minutes to get it set-up and printing.
The app is basic but functional, allowing you to print plain text, (dithered/greyscale) images and labels etc and to set the darkness of the print. The print quality is equivalent to mid-80s dot-matrix printers, so don’t expect high-dpi photo quality, but it’s more than good enough for labelling around the house and for fun little stickers.
