I didnt buy this specifically for a type of tube or swimming pool but because its tablets. Following the usage directions works perfectly fine. Just need to know how much water you have and some test strips to control it. Works same as powder but less messy. product is simply as described

Proper sized swimming pool tablets.
I have tried the tiny tablets and you need quite a lot at a time even for small pools.
Our pool is only 9 feet by 6 feet.
Its roughly 3600 litres so these big tablets are far more the thing.
The 2lbs tub was offered to review and this size SHOULD have 46 tablets going by the listing but in fact has 40 when I counted them
You dont get the dispenser and test strips with this size but we have one already which looks exactly like the one in the online pictures if you opt for the tablets / dispenser/strips set that they also sell.
The whole plastic bucket is in a plastic ziplock bag which makes it waterproof if its been left outside when delivered.
It also helps keep the smell of chlorine very low.
Once that bag is opened you know whats in it right away and its a bit noticeable even on your eyes .
The tub is locked with a press open plastic band which needs your penknife to get into.
It is possible once you realese the edges of that catch (it says open) to push the lid off using your blunt knife or screw driver and not pull off the plastic band so it makes it less likely a determined child can pull off the top by wedging their fingers under the edge of the lid.
Inside are fat 1 ” tablets and they are also plastic bagged .
The tablet weighs 20g and the dosing advice is 2g for 1cubic meter .
Our pool is 6 cubic meters so should require roughly 12 g which is less than 1 tablet so we will be adjusting our dispenser till we get it right.
This is quite a strongly smelling item as you would expect so take care when you get the lid off especially if there are curious kids or anyone with asthma nearby.
They suggest enclosing the bucket after each use to keep out damp.
Because its such a smelly affair when you take off the lid, I have bagged my tablets again inside the bucket so they have their single wrappers which are a bit flimsy, then my bag, then the bucket and then another bag.
We will most likely continue with these tablets as they are more effective for anything bigger than a hot tub than the tiny versions. Much less bother .
