The Frame was easy to set-up, once I had contacted customer support to discover that using a vpn effectively blocks the wifi communication between Frame and phone. The Frameo app was easy to use, although it would be nicer if the photos in its photo library were slightly larger. The Frame itself has useful screen interaction with each photo being displayed, and ready access to the main menu if something else needed to be addressed. The Frame size is compact. It would be helpful to delete unwanted photos from the main screen, rather than simply hide them. It would have been helpful to have known in the printed manual that you can’t download from an Apple computer to the Frame; that information is available online. The ability to upload, or backup, is limited to a micro sd card; which is a shame. The micro sd card does not readily eject on my Frame

I was given this frame as a present last Christmas and was very impressed with it. So impressed, I decided to get one for my 96-year-old mother for Mother’s Day.
Although you need to have it connected to Wi-Fi to load photos on it, it does not need to remain connected to see the photos which was exactly what I needed for my mum as she does not have Wi-Fi that is suitable at the nursing home. I can upload, photos to it by hotspotting from my phone when I visit.
It also plays videos with audio, although it has a very limited time of about 10 seconds that it will play for.
What I also like is that you can give the frame’s code to other members of your family so they can also upload photos to your frame from afar. They don’t need to have a frame to do this, they just need to have the free Frameo app.
This frame also has a much larger on board memory (32mb) than most other brands with the added advantage that you can also add an additional 32 MB of storage should you need it.

It also displays the time and the weather and you can write a caption for each photo if you want. This is handy for my mum who has dementia so she so knows who is in the photo and, with the grandkids, I put their age or date it was taken so she knows how old they are in it.
You can also schedule the times you want the display to turn on or off so it doesn’t wake you through the night with its bright light.
The only thing I would like is for it to be a larger frame. It does come in a larger size but it also has a much larger price tag to go with it which I just couldn’t afford.
Other than that, this is an awesome frame and can highly recommend it.

Product has nice modernist look with a variety of desirable features, which include automatic photo resizing and landscape/portrait modes. Uploading photos via the App was easy and fast. Resolution was exemplary and touchscreen is highly receptive/sensitive.
My only criticism is that the unit tends to produce a noticeable amount of heat at times, so provide a good area around the frame for plants. as required.
Overall, I’m very pleased and would recommend this frame to anyone looking for a easy to get started model.

Manual is for Frameo software however the manufacturer of the frame can block some functionality such as loading from a PC. Load pics from PC to mobile phone and then to the frame. Double handling but seems to be the only way to get a work around to upload ftom a PC. Other than this the display has been a very good purchase.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis is a nice and easy digital frame to use. The person I bought it for loves it and finds it simple. The only issue I can see with it is that is has a final display aspect ratio of 8:5 which is odd. I don’t know why they made it that way. When wanting to fill the frame with a photo, it will ALWAYS crop something due to this weird aspect ratio. 16:9 or 6:4 or 7:5 would’ve been easier to deal with, but if you never want a photo cropped, you’re going to have to use photoshop or similar to crop your photos to that aspect ratio, which isn’t hard, but it is time consuming. The great thing with photoshop now is that is can do a generative fill if you need to expand your photos to the ratio. Otherwise, great product for a good price.
