2-Pack USB C to USB Adapter, USB Female to Type C Male USB
2-Pack USB C to USB Adapter, USB Female to Type C Male USB OTG Cable Converter, Compatible with iPhone 15 Pro Max/MacBook/Ipad Air Pro/Samsung Galaxy/USB Flash Drive (Thunderbolt 3 Compatible)
Work as expected.
Allows me to attach a wifi dongle to a device without wifi built in. Also allows me to use a USB memory stick with my phone.
Definitely worth having one around the house, so getting two is even better.
If you need a USB C to A converter then this will do the job.
There are 2 adaptors in the pack. Each has a USB C male and a USB A female terminal, with approx 15cm of sturdy black plastic-covered connecting cable. I use the unit with my phone (with a USB C socket) in order to connect a headset with a USB A plug. I get full speak/listen/volume/mute functionality. It can also be used for charging. A good and useful adaptor, particularly with 2 in the packet. 5 stars.
These are well-made, high-quality adaptor cables. I’ve used them to connect an iPad Pro to a mouse, memory stick and external hard drive (pictured). Everything functions smoothly, particularly my USB 3.0 storage devices. And according to the side of the box, a silver version’s also available.

— speedy transfers up to 5 Gbps thanks to USB 3.0
— woven braided jackets are aesthetically pleasing and appear durable, while also being able to hold their shape somewhat when straightened (not by design I think, but still noteworthy)
— machine-milled, polished edges on the black alloy plugs enhance the sophisticated look, and the connectors each feel reliably solid when both plugging in and being plugged into—in fact, the USB-A ports of the ones sent to me by Amazon for honest and unbiased review are a touch *too* tight (though at least whatever device’s cable is attached to them will never accidentally fall out or work loose, either corrupting data mid-transfer or being the reason why your device refuses to charge properly, or not charge at all).
Dislikes:
———-
— the strain reliefs are rather rigid, and when paired with the thick cable jackets, results in significantly reduced flexibility of the cables as a whole
— unlike the first illustration in the photo gallery, the plugs at both ends do not align along the same plane when viewed head-on, potentially causing connected devices like external hard drives to have trouble lying on flat, level surfaces. This should be negated in most cases by external types typically using their own USB cables to connect; if they’re not super-short ones, the angles should even out when plugged into these adapters.
Aside from the minor misaligned plugs issue, the current price of 6.88 with an additional 20% discount at the time of writing makes these a fantastic deal compared to most other two-packs available to buy on Amazon right now—and a good few solo cables as well. Unless the higher speeds of USB 3.1 and beyond are a necessity for you, these are hands-down a best buy. Get them!
I chose to test these for the example in the images. I have a MacBook Air and cannot plug in two USB-C to USB-A adapter. The only way round this was to use a USB hub. Well with this I no longer need to pull out the hub!
These cables feel well made with their braided outer and aluminium casing. I can confirm they work as advertised with the speed being around 5Gbps.
My Hoonyer Charger Cables arrived in a box and stored in a clip-lock bag inside the box.
– Quantity: 2
– Cable Length: 30cm
– Connector Type: USB A to USB C
These cables are made to a very high standard and the quality is outstanding and they both work perfectly.
Please note these cables are for Apple’s iPhone 15 only and a range of other devices (please see Amazon’s product page for further information).
Both cables connected perfectly with my iPhone 15 Pro Max and are working well and are very fast when charging and adding songs from my iTunes to my iPhone 15.
The price of 6.88 at the time of reviewing is a great price for these high-quality cables.
Very, Very Highly Recommended
The 2-Pack USB C to USB Adapter has been a lifesaver for me when it comes to connecting my USB peripherals to my USB-C devices. These adapters allow me to easily convert a USB-C port into a standard USB port, giving me the flexibility to use my existing USB accessories with my newer devices. Whether it’s connecting a flash drive, keyboard, or mouse to my smartphone, tablet, or laptop, these adapters get the job done without any hassle. Plus, the compact and lightweight design makes them convenient to carry around wherever I go. Overall, they’re a must-have accessory for anyone with a USB-C device looking to expand their connectivity options.
2-Pack USB C to USB Adapter, USB Female to Type C Male USB OTG Cable Converter
Listed as OTG cables, they indeed do work for OTG. They are also useful for cable conversion, e.g. if you have a USB-A Male to Male cable that you want to connect to a USB-C socket, just stick one of these on the end.
The cable looks well made and is flexible.
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Work have given me a new laptop with 4 USB-C ports all all my peripherals are USB A, this has got me all connected up.
2-Pack USB C to USB Adapter, USB Female to Type C Male USB OTG Cable Converter, Compatible with iPhone 15 Pro Max/MacBook/Ipad Air Pro/Samsung Galaxy/USB Flash Drive (Thunderbolt 3 Compatible)
Price 6.88
Great quality cable and does what its meant to and more. Personally we have used this on an ipad so we can use a keyboard and/or mouse.
I got these to use on a recent family trip – travelling with teenagers who are stuck to their phones, but trying to reduce how much cabling and tech stuff we carry!
Specifically I wanted these so the kids could take their normal USB-A to USB-C cables, but use these where needed if they need to connect to a USB-C only supply. Like in some cars recently.
I’ve used the tiny non-cabled adapters, but these get easily lost. These flexible cables are brilliant – I can cable tie them to a normal cable and they can still work as normal!
I didn’t get them for data transfer, so I can’t comment on that. But they worked just fine for fast charging the various Samsung brand Android phones in the household.
Otherwise they’re exactly as described – do what we needed – and came adequately packaged for a simple practical product like this. 5* and highly recommended!
These adapters will prove invaluable I am sure, especially since purchasing a new laptop that uses USB-C and a lot of my accessories are still USB-A! The adapters look quite rugged and seem as though they are good quality. Due to these being adapters that I will be having to constantly disconnect and reconnect. Therefore, they do indeed need to be hardwearing and whilst it’s early days; initial impressions are that these certainly appear to be just that.
Came in generic packaging and a resealable plastic bag.
Good build quality, cable braiding seems durable and the connections were secure on both adaptors I tested.
Both recognised my tablet when plugging into the thunderbolt port on my laptop also and file transfers were sufficiently fast.
While they do also work for charging its important to note that it doesn’t seem to support PPS which is needed for fast charging a lot of newer devices from Samsung etc but does still charge devices as expected.
Overall it’s a solid product and if you need a couple of good adaptors and don’t mind charging limitations can recommend this pack.
I have a few electronics that are fitted with the older style USB-A connector and these allow me to easily connect these to my MacBook Pro which is fitted only with USB-C. I have tried the small stubby type adapters but as the ports on the laptop are close to each other, these end up making one of the ports unusable. These adapter cables trail the bulky USB-A connector away and so bit much better.
The cable is a strong braided type with equally strong bonding to the plugs on both ends. This cable feels like it will last a good number of years with moderate to heavy use.
Flexible USB C to USB 3 cable with a braided cable and metal connector shrouds. The ends are connected with plastic strain reliefs that are very rigid and do not flex much. I would have expected the strain reliefs to have some give in them after all, that is their purpose.
The benefit of having a cable, rather than a dongle is that you can fit multiple cables into tightly spaced USB C connectors, whereas with the dongle style, one would get in the way and only one could be used at a time as they would foul each other.
Although it doesn’t affect the functionality, my OCD kicked in about the connector orientation, the end connectors are not parallel with each other, one is rotated compared to the other and each of the two cables are different. This doesn’t matter from a functionality perspective, but it means that they do not lie flat on the table when disconnected or being stored
These feel really well made and are reallygood value for a pack of two
The braiding on the cable is strong but doesn’t stop you moving/bending the cable, and there is good extra protection against stress at the Type-C and Type-A ends. The cables worked without a problem on both my Windows Laptop and Android Phone – memory sticks were recognised instantly, and data transfer was fine. I was also able connect an external HDD using a powered USB hub.
Nothing at all to complain about with these – really good OTG cables.
