Does what it suppose to only brought for outside security camera which had bad signal . But this extends but with lot slower speed . Router has speed of 73 but extender has only 9 .
I am very sceptical with anything tech as I’m a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to these things but no lie, plugged it in downstairs, main WiFi box is upstairs (stupid house!), followed the instructions and boom full cover now downstairs and I can finally control the outside hottub via the app as the hottub is picking it up too. Well worth the ridiculously low price I paid. Bought the Halo thing previously at so much more money and couldn’t figure out how to set it up so I’m pleased as punch with this. Great purchase.
easy to set up, but when connected to the main router i get 500 mbps but from the extender (which is quite close to main hub and im sitting next to it) i get12mbps – much slower than main hub.
so its good, but not fast.
