For the times when you’re stuck in an unexpected traffic jam, and absolutely desperate for the loo, these bags are worth their weight in gold! I’d have liked to see a higher volume, and a litre would have been preferable, but they still give me peace of mind nevertheless. I have a pair of them stored in my glove box, ready for any emergencies. I especially like the way they have a gel crystal lining that absorbs any liquid, meaning they will never spill. If they were larger I’d be awarding top marks, but as they are, I think 4 stars is fair.
These look easy to use as a sick bag or urinal, not sure how women or girls would get on. We have not been required to use them as yet but they are a good size, good value for money and easy to store in the car for emergencies.
Got these for the car, so that in an emergency I have something to use. As such they are much better than a bottle as they take up far less space and can easily be stored in the glove box. I like the moulded top with makes it easier to use than a bottle, being shaped to fit both the male and female anatomy. I haven’t had to use them in an emergency yet, but the capacity 700mls seems small to me, I would have preferred a 1L capacity as I feel I could easily overfill 700ml. The inclusion of the impregnated sheet inside that turns the Urine solid is good and this will work for smaller amounts but I question if it will work for a full bag, although at least you can seal the bag close.
I have put these into the glove box of our car as part of the on-board emergency kit so that if we break down or get stuck in an endless motorway delay both Mrs G and myself can be comfortable.
With due care, these can be used in the car by either male or female as there is a lip that avoids spills and a magical gel inside the bag almost instantly turns liquid solid and the bag can then be sealed until safe to dispose of correctly.
Given the state of traffic these days and the general lack of public toilets I think this product is a must have for any journey.
As you get older you tend to need the toilet more frequently and, over the years the number of public conveniences has declined significantly.
These disposable urine bags, suitable for both male and female use, are ideal for any emergencies that might arise.
When sealed in their packets they are nice and compact (approx. 135 x 80 x 14mm) and will easily slip into a pocket or car glovebox.
They have an absorbent material inside, which it is claimed quickly turns liquids into a semi-solid gel. This, together with a Ziploc type closure reduces the risk of any spillage when the bag has been used.
However, at the time of writing, I haven’t needed to bags, so can’t yet fully vouch for the claims.
Working out at around two pounds each, I reckon these are well worth buying as insurance against any travel emergencies.
The Disposable Bags have been an absolute game-changer for travel and unexpected situations. Whether you’re stuck in traffic, out camping, or just need a portable solution for emergencies, these bags are incredibly convenient and easy to use.
Each bag is well-designed with a 700 ml capacity, which is more than enough for one use. The gel technology inside quickly solidifies liquids, eliminating any concerns about spills or odors. This makes them not only practical but also very hygienic.
I also appreciate how compact and discreet they are. They fit easily in a glove compartment, backpack, or purse, so you’re always prepared. The unisex design means they work well for both adults and children, making them a must-have for family trips.
Overall, these disposable bags have provided peace of mind during travel and have proven to be a reliable solution in various situations. Highly recommended for anyone who values convenience and preparedness
These toilet bags arrived in clear plastic sellophane. Each toilet bag was individually wrapped up, and there are two bags in the packaging. The bags are silver in colour on the outside, with instructions and details printed on the outside. There is a white spout at the top which can be used by men or women. The bags measures 13 x 27 cm not including the spout, and they can hold up to 700cc volume of liquid. These toilet bags are disposable to be thrown away after using them. There is an absorbent cotton sheet inside which causes the urine to turn into a solid gel. The top of the bag can be sealed shut until it can be thrown away responsibility. These bags are perfect for long journeys when a toilet is not available, and they fold up small which means they are portable and perfect to use in an emergency. Everyone should have these available when travelling as they are a real life-saver. Definitely recommended.
These ’emergency mini toilets’ are just the thing for my paraplegic husband when on a long flight. Unfortunately, aeroplanes are not equipped with toilets for non-ambulent travellers. This means that he is unable to drink during a flight in case he needs to wee.
These ‘mini toilets’ will allow him to discreetly (with a blanket over his lap) do what all of us can do without thinking and have a wee when necessary! They also hold a good deal (700ml) of liquid and are sealable and won’t leak, so can be used a number of times during the flight if necessary. Also they have an absorbent gel in them so it won’t smell or spill either.
At 3.99 for two, at time of this review, I think represents excellent value for money and peace of mind for the disabled traveller!
They work great, and in a pinch are really useful, but they don’t hold enough liquid so ended up having to use 2 pouches – had the potential to get messy!!!
