This scent is gorgeous. I’m glad I picked this one. It’s just very subtle which I’m guessing is down to the bottle and wooden cap design. It’s easy to tie to the rear view mirror and looks very stylish compared to the cardboard fresheners.
ice strong fragrance. the clip works well and the aesthetic of the bright cube and wooden top is really nice. it looks very premium. I’d recommend finding somewhere in your car where it will fit before buying, as I had to search a while for a decent spot.
I have an air freshener like this one already, with the imitation of Dior Sauvage perfume, which I also have and like. It works really well in my car despite initial concerns.
The concerns were mainly around having a branded ‘night-out’ scent like Sauvage in my car as an air freshener. I wasn’t sure whether I’d like it, but I really enjoy the scent now every time I get into it. It’s almost identical with the actual perfume.
This air freshener is an imitation of another branded perfume – Thierry Mugler’s Alien. It’s a woman’s fragrance, but very nice and elegant, and in my opinion suitable for a car. It has floral and woody scent, with notes of jasmine sambac, cashmeran wood and white amber.
The bottle looks blue on my pictures because of the background, but in reality it has a delicate purple color – like the actual perfume. It’s small and I find it’s best to hang on the mirror. In my Sauvage set the vent clip was pretty hopeless – all metal and able to scratch my vents pretty badly. Went in the bin straight away. In this set the clip has rubber covering – a nice upgrade. You also get some reed sticks if you have a desire to make the scent overpowering.
For me the intensity of the wooden cap soaked in the scent is plenty enough. After removing the plastic cap underneath the wooden one, you just put the wooden cap back on and turn the bottle upside down for a few seconds, to soak the cap in fragrance. After leaving it in a locked car for a couple of hours, the scent is very intense. It does ease in after a day or two. You only have to repeat that step every few months, and the bottle lasts ages. It is definitely worth 6. Small, quite elegant bottle, with nice scents imitating popular perfume brands really well. And you won’t have to get another one for a good while. This one goes in my girlfriend’s car. Definitely happy to recommend.
