I’ve been very impressed with this snooker cue. It is very well made and is great value at the current price of around 70. Now, if only I can start playing like Mark Selby…

The “Protg Mark Selby 2 Piece Snooker/Pool Cue” from “BCE” is a full-size 57″ snooker cue made from quality North American Ash.

The snooker cue screws together in the mid-section with a strong, tight and incredibly smooth screw-joint. The quality of the screw-joint along with the rest of the snooker cue is very impressive. For the very reasonable price of the cue, the quality is far beyond what I expected.

The cue is coated in a thin but incredibly smooth layer of matt varnish, which not only provides a very smooth action for cueing with, but also helps protect the cue from moisture and warping. The matt black base of the cue is similarly well protected and smooth in your grip allowing for a comfortable grasp on the cue for a smooth cueing action.

The aesthetics of the cue is excellent. Personally, I think it looks and feels like a high-quality cue, with the BCE branding at the end and the understated but classy colouring and design across the cue.

All in all I’ve been very impressed with the snooker cue. Far better quality than I expected, especially considering the very reasonable price. Very highly recommended.

Pretty good looking Basic pool cue, The wood has nice grooving which aids in taking a better shot thanks to the arrow like affect.

It feels solid overall and despite its lower budget range It’s still a great pool or snooker cue to have.

In terms of weight, it’s very light I would say it suitable for older kids as well as adults.

Easy to put together feels good to use. Comes with a storage case to keep it safe

This is a two piece cue, which comes with a soft carry case. Was easy to put together, and really nice looking cue.

Great quality, nicely made and very sturdy. The cue is well balanced when playing, really smooth to slide and decent tip.

This snooker cue feels great in hand. The North American ash shaft provides excellent control and the leather tip is durable. The included soft case is a nice touch, keeping the cue protected when not in use. It’s well-balanced and has improved my game significantly.

My first impression of this cue was that it was a very good looking cue. I really like the decal design. Very nice. As you would expect from a company like BCE the cue is solidly made. The finish is smooth and glides easily over the hand. The North American Ash and has a nice bit of weight to it. It’s also super straight so no problems there. It’s very easy to assemble and screws together easily. I like that they’ve included a soft case but I think I’ll be upgrading this to something with a shoulder strap. It’s a personal preference but it’s just easier for me to carry around.

Overall I’m very happy with the cue. Highly recommended.

The cue is very smooth, well balanced, has a very nice action and a good weight. The cue goes together very well and once tightened (with minimal force) it feels very solid. I really like how this que has a plaque at the bottom with Mark Selby name and signature.

The colour and majority of the grain match up well between the parts, I understand that you can’t get 2 pieces to match up perfectly in this price range, however they go together very well.

The included soft case has a good level of padding, but there is no internal separator so the 2 parts can touch each other whilst in there, but when in you hand carrying it there is minimal movement (depending on your grip).

5.0 out of 5 stars The cue is very smooth, well balanced, has a very nice action and a good weight.

This cue is nicely weighted. It is simple to put together simply screw together. The cue is smooth and glides nicely. It also feels quite solid, in that there is decent weight behind it when it makes contact with the cue ball. I have played both pool and snooker for years and although it doesn’t give the same sturdy feeling of a 3/4 cue it still does impress. Very happy with this cue.

This snooker cue arrived in two pieces. You can easily install assemble the two parts together. The cue is very well made, nice fine wood. The length and the weight are perfect. I think it could be a perfect gift idea for your friend or loved ones who love playing pool/snooker. This one is a little bit more like american style than english ones. It is good for aiming ! Good cue for armature players.
