Delivered on time as usual with Amazon and the two guys who delivered the machine where very friendly and polite and put machine exactly where i wanted it.Only done two washes and i cant believe how quiet the drum is on spin.Quality of the build seems great as i would expect from Bosch.
This washing machine is very efficient it has a super quick wash at 15 mins, & 30 mins. You can make the choice based on fabrics and whether you want a good wash or a rinse is adequate! It looks great, I love the chrome effect detail re the brand BOSCH ! It’s performance to date has been so far excellent, no leaks , you can choose different speeds for the chosen spin either say 800 to 1200 and so on. It’s easy to use even if you didn’t have the handbook! Super value for money for an A rated machine. A which Best Buy for 2024 ! The size is regular to fit under a work surface .
It cleans as it should and its spinning function works so well, draining all water from the clothes and they smell perfect !!!
I am really happy with this purchase
The washing machine looks good, wash well and noiseless but the issue I have is, it takes long to finish washing, Even easy care takes 2hrs plus to finish. Again the soap compactment is hard to pull out, at times, I feel its going to break. My last bosch lasted more than ten years without any problem, hope this will last. I prefer my last machine, its strong and washed well
The detergent drawer is still quite stiff – I don’t like to force it too much in case it breaks, but it does need a good pull to open.
Had a Bosch before which lasted me for 20 years so I am hoping a similar life span for this one.
Driver communicated before arriving so we had cleared the area for installation by the time he arrived.
Installation was quick but not rushed. A wash and drain cycle was run to ensure nothing was leaking before the installer/driver left.
Installer was very confident of the quality of the work he did and (with out being prompted) gave me all the necessary information required if any problems occured.
5/5 is for the level of service. The product is what it is.
