I have been looking for a bag to house a specialist instrument I play, and the size of this is perfect, I will be adding more padding to it to fit around the instrument more, but it is perfect. I really like the straps on the inside and it’s way more portable than what I am currently using. I will make good use of the side pockets too, so it’s a versatile bag. I received the 30 inches bag. This came in a plastic bag and folded so it needs a little manipulation to get it to the proper size, but this is typically the case with bags. It is well padded and comes it straps that are well sewed on the inside to keep equipment secure. There is decent amount of padding all around the main compartment of the bag that is approximately 1cm thick. There is also padding that can be moved on the main compartment that can be arranged as needed to protect equipment, there are also 2 good sized pockets on the side of the bag that are padded, but it isn’t as thick as the inside padding. There is a padded shoulder strap included, and the handles have a Velcro cover to help with carrying. The material feels as though it is rain proof, but this has not been tested by me yet. It also has plastic feet for when this will be on the floor. This is a good sized bag that well made and sturdy, and should protect what is put inside well.
