I am impressed with this attractive, well-made tea service. It is providing lots of imaginative play for my 2yo granddaughter. The teddies, bunnies and penguins all come to tea and enjoy tea and cake (plus other play food). Mummy Penguin’s manners leave something to be desired, as she prefers to drink tea straight from the teapot, but penguins will be penguins. This set is a good price, and I would recommend it.
I bought this tea set as a Christmas gift for my 2 year old great niece and she hasn’t stopped playing with it. It is amazing that such a simple, inexpensive toy can provide so much pleasure to a little girl.
I bought this toy tea set for my grandchildren to play with when they come to stay. Its ideal for them—not too small. They love pretend play so I am hoping they will get many hours of enjoyment out of it.
I bought this for my granddaughter who is just two. I specifically wanted a plastic set for both price and being easily washable. She absolutely loves it and set herself down and made a tea party with it immediately she opened the box.
I purchased this set for my two-year-old and its quickly become a favourite toy.
The set arrived nicely packaged with all of the pieces wrapped individually in white tissue paper. It’s well made and comes with all the pieces you need for a proper tea party. The teapot functions well and doesn’t leak, my toddler loves hosting teddy bear tea parties with water or juice. The pieces are an appropriate size for a two-year-old but I’d probably remove some of the smaller cutlery for unsupervised play.
The cake was a nice addiction, my toddler loves cutting it up and working out how to put the velcro pieces back together.
I’ve deducted a star as the set arrived missing a blue plate – it didn’t seem worth the hassle of packing it back up just to return it for a small plate.
