This smoker kit is really well presented and lends itself very well to being a gift. The whole set is laid out in a metallic gold box, the box then fits nicely into a gift bag also supplied.
In the set you get a fold out instruction sheet, x4 boxes of different wood chips, a wooden lid to pop over your glass, metal basket to hold the wood chips with lid and a torch (which requires butane not included).
I have made a short video of the set in use. We smoked some Demerara rum (Watson’s) which after a little research is meant to be the best type of rum to smoke. We enjoyed the process and did a taste comparison of before and after and it made such a difference! The smoked rum had a much more smooth taste you could taste the smoke but it felt a rounder drink than the unsmoked. Smoking it made it palatable to drink neat but also carried the taste well with a mixer (coke).
Love this set but my only negative is that the torch is plastic not real wood which is a real shame as the wooden lid for the glass is lovely quality wood making the torch let the set down somewhat. Apart from that I have no hesitation in recommending this to others.
