Excellent workout that’s so fun to use mounts to the wall really easily and is safe and secure. The Bluetooth connects to my phone really well and the whole workout experience is enjoyable.

What’s great about this equipment is that you don’t have to have a gym or enough space in your room in order to get this installed to start using it. You don’t even need any tools ! All you need is some space on a wall where you have enough room to stand around it in order to box without hitting anything else. It may look really big in the pictures but it’s not as big as it seems and you don’t need more than half a meter squared, and it doesn’t stick out more than 2 inches. It couldn’t be easier to install, and because it is so light and takes up such little space, it actually comes with two large Velcro strips that you use to stick it up on the wall. The Velcro strips makes it equally as easy to remove from the wall if ever needed.
I first thought this was just a toy until I looked into it a bit closer. For sure children can use this but for me it’s more of a serious bit of equipment to hone in your boxing skills or keep fit in general. You don’t need to know anything about boxing in order to use this to your advantage. This has built in LED lights and you can pair your phone up to this in order to play your music through the built in speakers when working out, and you can get the LED lights and the music with the built in rhythms to respond every time you hit the targets. You have to move, and therefore, workout your whole body and not just your arms when trying to hit the targets as quick as you can.
One of the simplest ways of using it is to set it to the mode whereby this will light up a certain target and you have to respond and hit that target. You can change the modes and the speed at which you have to respond, to suit whatever level you are at. This really can give you a brilliant and intense workout if that’s what you want from it, and anyone can use it not only to build the muscles in your arms, but to keep fit overall. This uses some very good pressure sensors to detect when you have hit a target and it counts the number of hits you make and displays them on the digital display. You don’t need to worry about damaging your wall either as the targets where you make impact are made from an elastic foam material, which not only absorbs the shock to the wall, but it also prevents you getting any injuries. You could have some great fun whilst having a workout by training with a friend and you can see who gets the most hits. If it’s too easy then you can just up the speed or change the mode you are in. It really can get quite competitive as I learnt very quickly 🙂
In summary, this is an excellent bit of equipment that not only helps you keep fit and lose weight, but you can enjoy the workout at the same time, especially if you get competitive with a friend. If you are alone then you can simply pair your phone up with the units built in speaker and you can immerse yourself in your favourite tunes whilst exercising and enjoy the atmosphere created using the music and the built in RGB LED lights. This really is great fun and a workout just doesn’t feel like a workout, and when something can achieve that then you know you are onto a winner. I would highly recomend this to anyone to give it a try no matter how old or young you are, there’s definitely something in it for everybody.

I would definitely say that the boxing gloves that it comes with are more suitable for kids, but that’s fine because that’s who this is for anyway!
