Der Ein-Ausknopf macht was er soll.
Damit hat sich das stndige kriechen unter den Schreibtisch erledigt.
Das der Knopf magnetisch ist, ist wirklich Klasse. Damit spart man sich lssiges Kleben oder Bohren und ist um einiges flexibler.
Der Einbau ist kinderleicht. Einfach in der Anleitung des Motherboards nach den Anschlssen suchen und umstecken.
Dank Adapter lsst sich sowohl der originale Power Button als auch die externe Taste nutzen. Da die Anschlsse als einzelne Kontakte ausgefhrt sind lsst sich das ausreichend lange vierpolige Kabel leicht durch einen Lftungsschlitz auf der PC Rckseite (sofern vorhanden) einfhren ohne das man ein zustzliches Loch bohren mu. Die beleuchtete Taste lsst sich durch magnetischer Basis und metallischem Klebepad an beliebiger Stelle anbringen.
I have a sit stand desk and a full size AXT Computer case. Because of the physical size of the case it has to stand across the width of the desk which places the case power switch in an awkward to reach place.
A remote power switch was going to be needed and I settled on this model nothing flashy or special just small neat and easily hidden.
Fitting was simple bearing in mind the connections are tiny and not the simplest to get onto the pins. Especially for aging eyesight and manual dexterity.
The provided connector allowing the front panel switch and the new power switch to operate together.
Only downside was trying to find an access point for the cable. Fortunately the case I have has a few options available for routing the cable. The case manufacturer providing a few unintended access points and I used one of these to thread the connecting cable through.
Closing up and putting the case back in situ was easy enough and everything worked fine.
This has made my computer that little bit easier to use, and it baffles my great nieces and nephew as I don’t appear to switch on the computer yet it seems to ‘jump into life’.
Definitely a good option for computers that can’t sit in the usual position besides a desk.
Do what it suppose to do. I made slight modifications to the cable. I added a quick disconnect point, so i dont have to dismantle the whole pc if i want to move it.
Stabile Magnethalterung, zustzlich eine selbstklebende Metallplatte zur Befestigung der Taste an nicht-metallischen Oberflchen. Adapter damit die originalen Taster und LEDs des Gehuses zustzlich angeschlossen werden knnen ist dabei und passt zumindest fr MSI Mainboards.
