I really liked this calendar, as did my son. The dinosaurs are well made, colourful and don’t look or feel cheap. I gave four stars as the amount of dinosaurs, fences etc vary a lot in the days. Some days you get one, some days you get more! I don’t know if this is also down to the fact the calendar must be kept flat, if it’s stored upright all the pieces fall out of their slots and move to different ones. Luckily I discovered this early on as there could have been some days with nothing behind a door! Obviously needs a bit of glue or something between the gaps to keep the outer cardboard stuck down. Other than that very happy for the price I paid.
For my little domestic fan of dinosaurs, this simple advent calendar became an event for a month. We were guessing what figure would come up the next. The quality of dinosaurs’ figures are solid and robust. Sometimes there are plants that are less strong, but just couple of windows are occupied with such useless toys. There are ‘mom’ and ‘kids’ dinosaurs. And a map of the dinosaur world to use it for game.
