I got this as a gift for my 1 year old god-daughter.
    She absolutely loves it.
It’s colourful and the sounds of the piano keys and drums are brilliant.
She loves making lots of noise.
Well worth the money and will be played with for a good few years to come.

This makes a really, really good gift. Instead expensive and completely standalone. Have no needs connected to a computer or TV at all. Principle of it is basic, but kids love it. Classic game of Follow the Leader. Seems hardwearing enough, however I don’t think it last more than a few bumps of a rough child.

There are multiple play modes you can select. There is also a sound mode which is more like a piano key mode. It works great and is actually sensitive as in footsteps do not get missed on this mat.

The sound quality is good and is loud enough. It also lights up which is a welcome addition.
It is well made dance mat with excellent quality. I do not anticipate any issues when it comes to durability.

The price is a bargain. Would recommend for sure.

This dance mat has filled our home with energy and laughter. Watching the family dance and play, I’ve noticed it’s not just fun but a genuine way to bond. The mat’s durability impresses, standing up to enthusiastic use without a hitch. It’s become the centerpiece of family gatherings, easy to bring out and equally simple to store away. Beyond entertainment, it’s encouraging us all to be more active, making exercise something we look forward to as a group.

I’m thoroughly impressed with this musical dance mat! As a fun and engaging way to encourage physical activity, it’s a blast for kids and adults alike. The various game modes and multiple music styles keep things fresh and exciting, challenging both young and old to get moving. While I did notice some minor issues with touch sensitivity, it’s a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent product.

The mat itself is well-made and features a generous 3×2.8 feet size, with 9 square patterns that light up and play different music tones and challenges. The anti-slip design is a must-have, and the vibrant colors and fun design make it a joy to use. The control panel at the top is intuitive, with easy access to power on/off, speaker, and digital display to track points scored.

What I love most about this mat is its ability to get kids off screens and engaged in physical activity. My kids and I have been using it daily, and it’s been a game-changer for our family’s health and wellness. The mat is reasonably priced and well worth the investment. I’d highly recommend it to parents and caregivers looking for a fun and active way to spend time with their little ones. Overall, this is an excellent toy that deserves a solid 5-star rating!

This dance mat is a blast for kids and adults! It encourages physical activity and introduces a variety of music styles. The multiple game modes provide challenges and keep things interesting. My one suggestion would be to improve the touch sensitivity of some of the patterns for smoother gameplay.

This has been a really fun activity to get engaged in with my little one. Had a different song for each level and the challenges get more full. In as you move up. I have found that if you stay in the middle you get a wrong reading and may loose points so the coming in and out may be a bit challenging for shorter legs. Nonetheless, still very fu

Encouraging physical activity in a technology-driven world can be quite the challenge. The solution I found was a dance mat that blends the thrill of music and movement with the interactive allure of a game. This mat has become a family favorite, enticing even the most screen-bound members to join in. Its variety of games and music styles caters to different interests, making it a hit. The portability is a plus, allowing us to take the fun to grandparents’ houses or even outdoors. It’s seen a lot of use, and its durability has been impressive. Cleaning is easy, an important factor after many energetic sessions. It’s a wonderful tool for making exercise fun and engaging, something that’s often hard to achieve with younger children.

I had a great time playing on this mat with my niece! We both worked up a sweat trying the different levels but it didn’t feel like exercise as it was so fun!
It’s a good size and is made from really durable material.
Battery heavy (4) which is a bit annoying but really do recommend this for getting kids moving around!

I got this as a birthday present for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. She’s 5 years old and when she opened the wrapping the nice colourful box caught her attention straight away, then from that point on wards she was totally hooked on this, and this is why packaging is so important , especially when there are products aimed at young children. The mat itself is also very colourful and seems to be made from a really durable plastic. You simply roll this out and you are ready to play within seconds. This also rolls back in very easily, making it really portable and ideal to take with you wherever you go.

The mat comes with 9 big pictures drawn on it in a 3 by 3 design. Each one of those pictures is touch sensitive (or pressure sensitive), and there is like a small control panel at the top end of the mat. There is a choice of music and styles of music that you can choose from, and it has various game modes, and you can play with other children as there is also a dance challenge mode. I love the fact that you can involve other children as then they can play against each other and it helps them interact with others. In it’s simplest mode the control panel lights up a certain square (picture) and then turn it off, then the child has to go and dance on that picture to starts scoring. The game then gets harder and harder so that more and more lights are lit at the same time so the child has to remember the sequence and then dance in that sequence. This helps improve their memory and also their hand eye co-ordination as not only do they have to remember what was lit up, they then have to go and dance on it to which also gets them exercising.

Why I love this is because it is teaching them so many different skills. Instead of shoving a phone or tablet in front of your kids, invest in one of these and you will be helping them in multiple ways. It gets them active for one thing and all this learning and exercise is happening in such a fun way that the child doesn’t mind this method, which is kind of subconsciously learning the skills whilst they are having great fun.

The only thing I don’t like about this is that it is battery powered with normal AA batteries (which are NOT included). It would have been really good if they had put a rechargeable battery in it instead. In this day and age you will definitely have a suitable charging cable or plug lying around at anyone’s place but you won’t find the batteries as readily available.

There was a time when dance mats were an essential piece of kit in every teenage girls room (and some boys too). This reminded me just why.
My daughter, who’s an early teen loves it, and we’ve had children as young as 6 trying their hands at it.
It had various game modes, music, lights and you provide the action.
Kids glued to consoles? Get them dancing around on this. Great fun.

This is a really fun game thats brilliant for keeping kids busy indoors or outside. I chose it for my ten year old neice who is going to absolutely love playing this with her friends. Theres different challenge modes that will keep them interested for hours. The mat is easy to keep clean as its wipeable and folds up to fit back in the box for easy storage. The reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the battery compartment is so fiddly , you need a tiny electrical screwdriver to undo the panel and the screw that holds it in place is very teeny tiny and so easily lost. Also you cannot use rechargeable batteries on it which means you will need to constantly fork out for new batteries.

This play mat comes with 9 icons on it, an LED score board (which needs 4×1.5V AA batteries to operate) and 5 levels of difficulty. The instructions for use are not particularly well written, and there are numerous spelling mistakes, but once you’ve fathomed them out it is reasonably straightforward to understand how to use it.

The challenge starts with stage (mode) 1 which illuminates on the score board, and once the start button is pressed in the lower left corner the game begins. The score board illuminates a certain icon, and that has to be danced on the mat in order to score a point. After scoring a certain number of correct hits, it will move on to Stage 2, when two icons light up, and so on to stage 3 when 4 icons light up. However if you do not press the correct icon in the first stage an error is counted, and if there are more than 5 it will not pass onto to the next stage so making a little more of a challenge.

The fourth stage is a music performance mode when 4 randomly stored songs play, and you have to step on the correct icon for the music to continue. Stage or mode 5 is a piano keyboard which turns the icons into numbers from 1-7 plus i. and each number corresponds to a note so 1 is “do”, 2 is “la” etc. So by pressing on different note you can create your own song.

I’m sure my Granddaughter will love this as there are different things to do with it, and it should keep her occupied for a while, and give her Mum some chill out time.

I ordered this dance mat for my daughter’s 6th birthday, and it’s been a hit ever since. With 5 different modes, it offers versatile entertainment. Though it requires 4 AA batteries (not included), they last impressively long. The mat’s non-slip surface and responsive pressure-sensitive pads enhance the dancing experience. Both my daughter and son adore it, engaging with it daily. The adjustable music volume is a convenient feature. Perfect for gifting, it’s a great value overall. Thank you for taking the time to read my review, and I hope it assists you in your decision-making.
