Some resistance training equipment out there is a little hit and miss and can be too light, even when advertised as heavy. These have well balanced resistance – as an avid gym goer, the “light” feel light, “medium” feel medium, and “heavy” feel heavy, as you’d expect.

I like using them as a secondary task, I.e. during meetings, so I don’t really count the reps as I do them. This makes me appreciate that the finger extension bands come in pairs, so I can do equal amount of reps on each hand, without keeping the track of them. Unfortunately the the “donut” ones do not come in pairs for whatever reason, which is a little disappointing.

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice grips

This kit has been an absolute game-changer for me! If you’re looking to improve your hand, finger, and forearm strength, whether for sports, rehab, or just general conditioning, this set is a must-have.

    Pros:

Versatile Resistance Levels: The kit includes a variety of resistance bands and grip trainers, allowing you to gradually increase the intensity as your strength improves. The color-coded bands and rings make it easy to pick the right level, so you’re never stuck using something too easy or too hard.

Compact and Portable: One of the standout features is the compact bag that comes with the set. It’s perfect for tossing in your work bag or gym kit, so you can squeeze in a quick workout during breaks or while traveling.

High-Quality Build: The materials feel sturdy and durable, designed to last even with regular use. The grip rings offer two levels of resistance depending on how you hold them, which adds an extra layer of functionality.

Thoughtful Design: The included booklet is a nice touch, offering clear instructions and exercise ideas. It’s especially useful for anyone new to grip training or rehabilitation exercises.

    Cons:

Initial Smell: The rubber tools did have a strong odor when I first opened the package, but it faded after a few days. It’s a minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to smells.
Overall, this kit is well worth the investment. It’s a small, portable powerhouse that can make a big difference in your grip strength and forearm conditioning. Whether you’re rehabbing an injury, training for a sport, or just looking to improve your hand strength, this set delivers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

I’m reasonably strong as I train in calisthenics and hace a physical job , however the fingers and wrists are often an oversight in training. Good mobility is essential to prevent injuries, especially in floor work and handstand training. I’ve used other brands before but they tend to be too light for my needs. These provide resistance from 20-70lbs for the flexion rings and between 7-10lbs for finger extensions. Bear in mind the finger bands can be moved toward or away from the wrist to alter the amount of leverage, making it easier or harder.
The rings can also be used with less fingers too, so we effectively have equipment that’s going to keep challenging us for years to come.
If you don’t train at all, I’d recommend starting with a lighter variety first before moving onto these. Overall a great product at a great price.

Excellent for forearm strengthening and conditioning – if you have any finger/hand related issues (causing muscle and tendon issues in your forearm) I highly recommend this kit. I have had various RSI’s and tried various exercises, but until now had omitted finger extensor exercises – you just don’t think of them, right? What a difference the extensor bands have made. It is amazing how persistent issues will disappear with just a little bit of regular exercise on those muscles. The grip training donuts are very good as well. And great value for money!

Note it will not solve issues like tennis elbow – for that you need to do exercises targeting the muscles that control the wrist, not the fingers.

This is a good set of rubber resistance workout tools for your forearms. But they give off an awful smell when opened the first time. It goes away eventually but is intolerable the first few days.

We wanted something to help my son’s grip and wrist strength as he’s a good young basketball player.
The finger holsters are comfy and work nicely. The donut rings have 2 different resistances each, depending on where you grip them. They are right for his hand size and don’t slip. Simple exercises but effective and east to carry around with you as they come in a small bag and don’t take up too much space.

They also appear well made so I expect them to last a long time.

Had a set of resistance bands from Fitbeast from lockdown which are still going strong. These appear to be same quality. I bought them for extensor exercises as I have an imbalance. Very pleased with them and a very detailed leaflet with good illustrations of exercises and muscles. Comes in a handy box and also a bag. Reasonable range of resistances, but would have been better with at least one lighter resistance band
