Frida Mom Witch Hazel Perineal Healing Foam for Postpartum

I got this the previous time i gave birth so I reordered for my second one, I didn’t need to use it this time (wishing all second + time moms an easier delivery each time).
If I remember correctly it has a pleasant light smell, and it is indeed very cooling and offers relief.
Having said that, last time for some reason every single one of my stitches broke so this time around a midwife advised me not to use any sprays and try to keep the area as dry as possible because moisture is breeding ground for bacteria and can easily cause infection (which may have been the reason my stitches broke)
