I mean I’m not too sure what to write about this haha but if you’re buying this, then you’re either buying it for yourself (like I did), or someone special in your life I’ll be honest, I didn’t really mind what the scent of this was, and I couldn’t tell you what it is to this day, and I also can’t say if this is even a strong scent or not, but what I can tell you is that the fact this this is the design it is, and clearly looks like the Top Gun logo, that is enough for me to recommend this!
This was a fun gift for fathers day and really reasonable at 1.99. it smells nice and you could really notice it at first but it soon died off and now it’s hard to notice the smell.

It’s printed on both sides with the “Top Dad” logo and has a vanilla scent, that’s not too overpowering.
It proved easy to hang in the car and wasn’t so big that it got in the way. The scent was reasonably strong at first but soon waned; within a couple of weeks it was finished.
My partner was a massive fan of the last movie from the franchise this is based on, so it let him have a fighter pilot vibe, even if just for a short while.

If you need a little gift for dad and he is a fan of Top Gun and car air fresheners, this will fit the bill. It is nicely printed and has strong vanilla scent. The only downside is the packaging – it is just vacuum packed in a clear plastic pouch to preserve the scent, but there is no nice label or branding or anything – just a plain white and black printed barcode label.
The air freshener arrives in a plastic wrap which is completely sealed to keep the freshness. Straightaway, upon opening it without even knowing what it was meant to smell like, I could tell it was vanilla which is one of my favourite scents. The design is cute too.

It’s a pleasant vanilla type smell but what I like about this is that it’s not super strong. Some air freshners are so in your face with the fragrance, you can’t smell anything else!

As a cheap and cheerful gag gift for a dad or father figure in your life this is fine. Size wise it’s as expected, the vanilla scent is as expected without being incapacitating to the occupants of a vehicle (in my opinion, at least; other people’s experiences may vary), and as per the listing, if the recipient chooses to use it at all, it probably will give off scent for a week or two before fading out to nothing. At the current price of 2.99, it’s good value for the sentiment if you just want a little something to make someone smile, but is ultimately just a shaped piece of vanilla impregnated cardboard.
