Only problem little glass vials with corks fall out easily lost three of them at the fair. Need to try to find some to replace the ones lost other than that very nice and authentic looking
These feel like real cowhide, and have what appears to be a pigskin lining on the back side. I had to curl them and leave them buckled in the closed (worn) position for a few days to start breaking them in. After wearing them all day at Ren Fest, I had zero black dye on my arms and I was positive I was going to end up with at least some.
Two extra vials and three extra corks were included, though one of corks looks like it was punched from the end of the sheet as it had a clean edge keeping it from being round. I filled the vials with water, capped them with zero air bubbles, and them left them for a day upside down. The only water that went missing was what the corks absorbed, the surface underneath was dry, and there were only the tiniest of air bubbles in the vials, attributable to air from the corks as they absorbed some water. I feel confident about putting “potions” in these.
The bracers fit well, and the vials hold tight in the holders. This was well worth the money, they feel well made, are thicker than expected, and work very well with my dark mage costume. They look fantastic and I got compliments on them at the Fest!
I love these – quality and style are amazing, but alas, they were a little too big for me. I’m a 5’1″ female, these took up my entire forearm and made arm movements a little awkward. It was too loose on the tightest buckle. So I am returning, but man I wished these worked!

These are some really awesome gauntlets, easy to take on and off and look amazing. But I’m a 5’7 125lbs woman and I’d say I have pretty average sized wrists for my stature. Even on the smallest setting these were HUGE on me. Had to return them, big bumme
