This tiny/compact rechargeable high mass flow, low pressure air mover, can certainly pull its own weight and more.

This air pump kit came packaged in a simple retail box containing:

    — Tiny Air pump in Yellow and Black
    — x5 nozzle adapters and USB charging cable
    — Drawstring carrying pouch
    — User Guide

This Tiny Air Pump by HUGERSTONE is almost similar in size to a car key fob and could be either looped in a keychain or the zipper head of a backpack.
This little thing also doubles as a small lamp that can be hung inside a tent, a hammock post, or even a tree branch.
Powering on is done via the touch sensitive button and charging is easily done via the USB C port using the included cable.

Although I would not expect this to pump up an entire large inflatable mattress (continuous operation limited to 15 mins), it will pump up an inflatable pillow or a floatation tube within seconds!

Also, when used to extract air out from a vacuum seal travel bag for a trip, it worked and performed great!

This tiny portable air pump is a must have for anyone that regularly travels or engages in outdoors activities.

I thought this didn’t work but I was pressing the button as if it were an actual button. It isn’t it’s a touch sensitive pad. If you’re having trouble switching in it on try to just brush your finger over it instead of pressing!! Then it works really well. Excited to use the blow up kayak on the beach tomorrow!!

Unboxed when delivered and rolled my eyes. A lot smaller than I thought it was going to be and thought it’d never be able to inflate anything – almost requested a return straight away. But, decided to give it a try. Couldn’t believe it. Inflated 3 airbeds in no time and was still going strong after the 3rd. Needed a battery powered pump for Glastonbury for 2 airbeds so I know I’m safe and there’ll be plenty of charge left to top up if needed. Spot on!

My grandson is going to his first scout camp and has a blow up pillow and a blow up mattress to make his sleeping bag more comfortable and get him off the ground. His rucksack is already near capacity and this ingenious little device, the HUGERSTONE Electric Air Pump, saves him a lot of effort and gives him useful facilities and takes up only a tiny space.
It is completely portable, rechargeable and also has an LED light that can be hung like a lantern. He’ll slip in a powerbank in case he needs it for the pump or his phone.
I’m really impressed with the size and utility of this little pump and he is grateful to have it.

This motion sensor switch is just what we want. Our house is just wall lights, in number, everywhere and people keep leaving them on, all day and night. If this worked we would install them everywhere. Unfortunately, the instructions simply are not clear enough for us to do this so, we are waiting for an electrician to come and fit this then I will update the review.

This little mini pump from Hugerstone is an easy rival to the Flextail mini pump that took the camping world by storm a few years ago. I’ve included a photo of the two together, and yes this one is slightly lager and about 30g heavier, but if you want to save yourself 10-15 then I’d recommend going for the Hugerstone one.
It comes complete with charging cable, and 5 nozzles – one of the nozzles fits one of those ‘foot-pump’ mattresses, so no need to inflate your mat by foot (if you have one of those mats) this little electric pump will do that for you in just under 2 minutes.
It has the light function as well – a quick double press of the recessed button (which is a great idea, the Flextail is famous for turning itself on by accident when it’s in your rucksack, and I’ve got to camps before and it’s been out of charge because of this). You can have bright, low or flashing mode.
Highly recommended at 13.99 (at the time of reviewing)

It’s very small,, and will fit into the palm of your hand around 5cm diameter and 8cm tall .Great for airbed camping, especially as dual use with the extra LED lamps built in it should do a single bed before running out of puff so to speak as the single speed system won’t generate sufficient pressure to overcome weightier materials which needs to be lifted by the air, nor will it be able to fill to a high pressure- so you will have to do the final puff’s your self. However this is really meant for self-carrying and use away from a power supply- to that extent it will do the job as long as you don’t expect too much!
Charging is via a USB C socket and will hold ca 15mins of operation, however it’s recommended to stop every few minutes to prevent damage, if inflating heavier materials, you can help it along by lifting the walls apart or sideways to allow the air to fill, not lift the void.
Note that the bundled instructions reverse the inflation//deflation ports. The box and amazon page gives the correct holes to fit the nozzles to! Another strange feature, due mainly to poor positioning is that it can with a small foam disc taped tot eh cylinder to centre- this was to prevent the on/off touch sensitive button from being unintentionally activated. Not the most elegant solution where a plastic cap would give a more retentive solution. Note that the manufacturer only applies a 6 month warranty via a card in the pack- it does suggest that the motor does have a limited life.

I’m really impressed at how small these battery air pumps have become. This is about the size of, say, a minibar sized can of fizzy drink, its really small yet it has plenty of power. I haven’t timed it but it seems just as quick as my old ‘traditional’ battery powered pump.

There is no battery life indicator on the device but I did a test and inflated a single air bed, a double air bed and pillows with no issue and the unit still has power. Instructions do say don’t overheat this unit though and to not use it for longer than 10 minutes at a time.

Is also handy that it can be used as a light if needed. I like the colour too, the two tone colouring makes it easy to spot even in a bag in a dim tent.

The only negative is the button/switch. Its a pressure sensitive type switch rather than one you need to push in to activate. It says this will only action if touched by human skin contact however knowing how these switches work it only takes some moisture and the switch will operate. I tested it touching it with a damp cloth and it came on. For something that is likely to be crammed in a rucksack or bag with a lot of other stuff I would rather a more positive/less easily activate-able switch. It does come with a piece of foam taped over the switch and I think I will keep this and keep it in place to stop accidental switching on.

That aside this works really well, is so much smaller than any pump I’ve had in the past and is a great addition to any camping kit.

4.0 out of 5 stars Super small air pump, good power and battery, not sure on the on/off switch

Small, powerful and lightweight. Exactly what it says it will. No issues with inflating a couple air mattresses and it sucks the air out of vacuum bags to a reasonable degree (the latter could use a hand to speed up the process). Overall runtime from full to flat in 1 go was 13 mins which is a bit less than the claimed. After a few years, I would expect it to get around 10 mins which would be enough for a couple mattresses still.

The light works and is bright on the high setting and just enough light on the low setting to make the battery last. The hanging point is just a hoop so you will either need a carininer or velcro loop to hang it up but the option is nice.

There is no IP rating and the port is completely exposed but so are the inlet and outlets so I’m not sure if it would be worth covering the port.

I’m also not sure how rugged this unit will be as out of the box something inside my unit is already rattling.

Overall, for the price. It does what it it meant to in a nice carryable package.

This is really small and lightweight rechargeable inflation device.
It can be used for 15-18 minutes once it is fully charged.

It has adapters for swimming pools, inflatable rafts,BA air mattress, a airbed and vacuum bags.

It charges on a type c port, the cable is supplied.

You long press the power button to turn the light on, you can then cycle through the light two light levels and the SOS function.

You double tap the power button to use the inflated and deflated function.

It has a inbuilt hook to hang up the light.

I will be using to inflate my mattress on a bivi.

So this really is a tiny inflator, and while is whizzes up to a jet like sound from its in-built li-ion battery powered motor, its air volume and power is of course relative to its size.
So the rating is based on this being an ultra compact – you could happily take this backpacking and hiking to help inflate things. It would also maybe be ok to blow air on a campfire to get it going.
Ideal for beach trips to inflate beach balls and lilo’s most of the way, but then its not powerful enough of course for fully firm inflation, but it gets most the job done so you can do the final part by mouth.
The idea you could do a big double inflatable mattress with it seems laughable – it would inflate it somewhat, but dont forget this thing is smaller than a 330ml drinks can, so does not have the power to inflate against the weight of material on a big double bed air mattress. WOuld save most the puffing though.
It comnes with a range of different attachements to fit different valves, and inflats and deflates, USB-C cable to re-charge is a good length, and there is a little pouch to store it all that is nice thick nylon so feels like it will last well.
The overall quality is good. Instructions are clear.
Only 6 month warranty (isn’t that against trading laws in the UK?)
Its quite fast for smaller volume and lighter inflatables. Quite loud also though.
ideal as a ultra portable inflator for camping and beach trips etc.
Possibly a touch overpriced though IMO (14, Apr 24)

HUGERSTONE Portable Airbed Pump With Camping Light. Rechargeable Electric Air Pump. Inflating/Deflating Electric Pump With 5 Nozzles For Air Mattress, Vacuum Storage Bags, Pool Floats, Paddling Pool etc etc.

    Current price 13.99

    In the box. 1 x Air Pump. 5 x Nozzles. 1 x Storage bag. 1 x USB Type C charging cable. 1 x User manual.

What a great little gadget. Small, neat and powerful. This little thing is certainly going to help on our upcoming holiday with the grandkids and their Inflatables!

This little air pump packs quite a punch when it comes to moving air! In fact manufacturers blurb states 180L per minute so much more then my lungs can cope with for sure. Not only that, when it comes time to let down those big inflatables it will also assist in the deflation process.

Predominantly Plastic (ABS) it appears well made. The 5 assorted nozzles fit well and the supplied storage pouch is also a nice touch. Another added and welcome feature is the LED light at the bottom. 3 modes and bright enough to help in a emergency.

Operation is very straightforward. The push / touch button on the bottom very easy to operate. 2 quick pushes switches on the pump, another push switches it off. Hold button for 3 secs switches on the light. Subsequent pushes change mode from High to Low to Flashing and then off. All this and it’s rechargeable with a built in 1400mah battery and USB type C charging cable that is also supplied.

All in all this is a great little gadget and useful addition to our Camper Van equipment when it comes to inflating and deflating beds, Floats etc etc. At 13.99 it represents excellent VFM. Small, Neat and Powerful.
If you are looking for some help inflating those Pool floats / Inflatable beds this may be just the thing you are looking for?

4.0 out of 5 stars Small, Neat and Powerful little Air Pump.

This tiny Airpump is only 65mm/2.5″ tall and weighs a mere 130g but it really performs well. It comes well packed with a bunch of different adaptors for Swimming Pool, Inflatable Raft, Air Mattress, Airbed and Vacuum bags.

In addition to inlation, the pump can also perform deflation, including vacuum bags. The product pictures correctly show that the Inflate port is on the side and the Deflate port is on the end. I mention this because the Manual incorrectly has it the other way around…

Charging is via a supplied 1m/39″ USB A-C cable. Increasingly, small chargeable devices like this one are wired so that they’ll only accept charging from a USB A-C cable and using your own USB C-C cables won’t work. This is, I assume, to protect such devices from excess current from high power chargers. It’s a thoughtful precaution but one to bear in mind – you’ll need a USB-A port to charge the unit even though it has a USB-C port itself…

In use, a double tap to the switch gets it going. It’s not excessively loud (see Video) and pumped up a standard single airbed in about 2 minutes. It didn’t get hot in use.

Deflation was also quite good for the Air Mattress but wasn’t so good for my Vacuum Bags. I tried it on some of the original ‘Space Bags’ with the large black seal and newer generic ones with the blue screw-top seals – none of the included adapters were a fit but I did manage to use the Air Raft one by holding it in position. It got most of the air out OK but I did have to finish off with a vacuum cleaner.

The Camping Light is a nice inclusion, with Low, High and SOS modes touch selectable. A built in hanging loop makes the light more useful.

    Pros :
    Extremely compact but powerful
    Weighs only 130g/4.5oz
    Rechargeable
Useful Camping Light function with hanging hook
    Good range of adapters
Handy carry bag to hold everything

    Cons:
A minor point but it’s not so good with Vacuum Bags

In summary, an excellent compact pump that works really well – a great space saving addition to your Camping equipment. Would be great for backpackers.
