I recently also tried out the Sony battery equivalent of this charger. I’m happy to say this charger works equally as well as the previous version I tried.
My Canon batteries charge very quickly and are fully charged within the hour! The charger’s design is fantastic. I love that it looks like a little compact camera and fits nicely into my travel bag! The canon version of this charger also seems a lot more smaller and streamlined than the Sony version ( though this is probably due to the difference in the size of the different batteries)
All in all, llano seem to product some fantastic camera chargers! You definitely could do a lot worse than this product to charge your batteries!
You can never have too many batteries in your camera case, and this little set has the added bonus of a natty case that displays the charging level when powered. The overall package is nice and compact although is is a little big to fit in the fitted camera case – it takes up very little room in the camera accessory bag though and is thus very convenient.
In use, the batteries perform very well, there is no noticable difference between these and the original batteries of my Canon EOS. Charging time is about an hour and a half from pretty much flat so not the quickest but not too bad at all. If you are looking for some extra batteries, these are a considerably better price than the genuine article.
The llano LP-E17 battery charger/charging case and twin battery set arrived very professionally packed in a shrink wrapped colour printed cardboard box bearing the llano branding.
In the box you get the charging case, a USB C charging cable, a carrying lanyard, a soft carrying/storage pouch, 2 x LP-E17 compatible batteries and an instruction manual.
The well designed charging case features PD fast charging for two LP-E17 batteries at the same time and as an added bonus also features two SD card storage slots.
The 2 LP-E17 batteries supplied have a 950mAh capacity which is slightly lower capacity than the standard Canon LP-E17 which comes with 1050mAh.
LP-E17 batteries fit snugly into the charging slots without any slop and the unit will fully charge both batteries in around 90 minutes, displaying the current charge level on a built in digital display.
The finish of the case is exceptional and this is a good looking modern case.
Possibly in the upper price range for a charger but with all the built in design features and storage this is worth paying a bit extra and still costs less than buying 2 Canon batteries.
I was leaving for my holidays and was looking for extra batteries as I love photography and camping trip needs extra batteries as you don’t get chance to charge them often. These batteries works great just as the originals.
They get charged quickly and batteries don’t get dead fast. For the full day i was able to take photos without stopping just because of these extra batteries.
Charger is handy and great quality. Perfect for the photography lovers.

at first i thought the battery case got internal battery that charges the lp-e17 when they returned to the case, but the case actually has no internal battery, it charges only when power is connected
well the case feels a bit bulky compare to other dual charger, but it will be alright if it charge the battery like bluetooth earphone cases
each battery is 950mah, it’s unusual that a 3d party battery got smaller capacity than official one (1040mah)
very good thing is that this charger has max 18w output, good and fast charging speed, will fully charge an empty battery in 1.5 hours

For people snapping away all day spare batteries are essential and this little box works its magic. Coming with two spare batteries and the charging box they are a compact way of charging and storing your batteries. It looks smart and gives you a display reading on how your batteries are doing. The batteries are good and held a charge and lasted long enough. No compatibility issues were found. The holder is made of nice looking and feeling materials it’s doesn’t look or feel cheap. There is quite a bit of money off at the moment so it’s an ideal time to buy. Perfect for the semi pro photographer who can’t be without power.
This is an excellent dual “battery charger case” – NOT to be confused with a “charging case”. I just wanted to make this point clear up front as I made the same mistake when I first saw this. For example, with some earphones, the case they come in is a charging case. With those you actually charge the case itself AND the case then charges the earphones within it – basically the case has it’s own battery built in, that is charged and then that is used to charge the batteries within the earphones, without having to have the case plugged in. The difference here is that the case does NOT have a built in battery and therefore it is NOT a “charging case”.
Hopefully that has cleared things up for you a bit and now I can explain what this product actually is and how good it is in it’s own right. This is a dual LP-E17 battery charger, and once inserted into this case, it can charge two LP-E27 camera batteries simultaneously. It supports the QC3.0 and PD3.0 charging protocols, allowing it to fully charge a battery in about 1.5 hours
The reason why this is great value for money is that it is of excellent built quality and it comes with 2 x 950 mAh batteries as well. Not only will you not run out of battery power but you won’t run out of storage capacity either as this has space to store two SD cards inside the case. It also comes with a USB-C charging cable but you need your own power adapter as that is not included.
What I personally love about this design is the circular digital display on the front of the case showing you exactly how much charge each battery has as a percentage. It also adds to the overall look and makes this case look very chic indeed. The lid covering the items inside is magnetic which makes opening and closing it a lot easier and you have less to go wrong with it.
The charger is really fast, it’s way better than other third party ones.
I never had problems with the battery, so I think this is a great deal.
For me, it’s been amazing using it on holiday. So I never had to wait for a battery to charge as I just swapped them and left one charging.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
This is an excellent charger and include two batteries for your canon camera. I don’t think it’s completely obvious from the description that two batteries are included so I wanted to make that clear here. The charger itself has a display so you can see the charging status easily and easily holds two batteries to charge in parallel. Seem to be very high-quality batteries a good replacement for the canon original ones.

My OEM batteries are quite aged now so although these batteries may last as long as OEM ones, they seem to be better than my aged batteries.

The item feels great as soon as you remove the packaging and hold it. The case has a super soft feel to it and how all the parts are packaged gives you an indication that this is a very nice bit of kit.
These batteries are not the easiest to get hold of for spares and having the handy charging box is superb. I no longer have to worry how many photos or videos I am taking with an extra two batteries at my disposal.
They charge pretty quickly and the batteries fit my camera perfectly and you just wouldn’t know the difference considering they are not genuine Cannon batteries but they work perfectly. I really like how the case tells you instantly the battery level and the fact they have thought about adding a couple of SD card slots is very thoughtful.

This is a good charger, it comes with 2 spare batteries, you can charge two batteries at once and it also has storage for 2 SD cards.

This product comes in a cardboard box; inside, you’ll find two spare batteries, the carrying case, a wire to charge it, and a nice little sack to put it in and carry it around. As of reviewing, this product is priced at 79.99—this is very reasonable. The product charges batteries extremely quickly and lasts a long time on my camera.
The product feels like it lasts longer than the included batteries (in the camera itself) and has a lovely storage area for 2x SD Cards – this is also really good because it gives the product more versatility.
The screen is also helpful – it shows what percentage each battery is at (left and right) and when the product is being charged. The battery initially comes with 48/46% so you can use them immediately. It took me about 25 minutes to fully charge both.
