I got this doll for my 6 year old daughter, and it is a great doll. I love that the doll is poseable, and Rapunzel has a really sweet smile on her face and is wearing a beautiful dress. Her hair is a can be a little difficult to manage because it’s so long, but as long as I help my daughter keep the doll’s hair combed then it doesn’t get too tangled.
We already have one Rapunzel doll; did we really need another? The answer is no, but my daughter loves Rapunzel so much, and I couldn’t pass up this special edition. Her dress is sparkly and beautiful, and she’s a great doll. The little details are fun–crown, shoes, and cupcake!
She’s beautiful! I did take her out of the box, and she does look exactly like the ad’s pictures. The back of her dress is complete, and I absolutely love her heels. My one complaint is that the top of the dress has printed on details. It cheapens the dress. I had to take 1 star off for that.
This Rapunzel doll is well made and beautifully detailed. I like how this doll is adequately jointed with many points of articulation that allow her to be posed in a variety of positions. This doll’s dress is nice in quality, and she has earrings. Her hair is smooth, silky, and fun to style. I like how this doll is birthday-themed. This would make a great gift for any doll enthusiast’s birthday. This is not a bad value for money.
This Birthday Celebration Rapunzel doll is pretty. Her dress is made out of printed fabric, every part of the dress is printed fabric. The print is actually pretty good with a lot of detail, particularly on the bodice. The dolls is articulated at the elbow, knees, shoulders, hips, and neck. Her face is nice, the doll I received didn’t have any sort of wonk. Her hair is soft, but I don’t know what type of hair it is. This would make a great birthday gift for any Rapunzel fan. Unfortunately, the doll was shipped in a bubble mailer and the box was crushed so it really couldn’t be given as a gift.

Such a cute face with big eyes! This Rapunzel Disney Princess doll has jointed limbs and is poseable. She wears a golden crown on top of her long flowing hair. This is a “birthday celebration” doll; the packaging is designed to be given as a gift without wrapping. It has a bow on the front and a “to/from” tab on the back.
This doll has a really beautiful face and dress (except the fake lace on the bodice), but the thing that I appreciate the most is that the joints move on the elbows and knees so the doll can be posed in more normal positions than dolls that only move at the arms. Her hair is long, but could be longer, given her story, but no child playing with her will mind. She comes in a great box perfect for gifting, and the cupcake she can balance on her hand adds to the charm of giving it as a birthday gift.
The doll is easy to remove from the box. A nice suprise was that her dress is tied down with string and not plastic tabs! String prevents holes from forming unlike the plastic tabs. Inside the bottom skirt there is a piece of cardboard attached with string. This gives the illusion of a pettycoat. Her knees had plastic tape around them. The heels do have rubber bands around them and once removed the they can slip off. Her earrings are removable. She has five ponts of artuculation- head, shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees. He dress top is printed on and her eyes are pixelated. The cupcake can only be balanced on her hands. It does not have any kind of holder. There are two plastic tabs keeping her crown on and they are eyesores! The placement of these two tabs is tragic. The hair is saran and is thickly rooted. The hair length is way too short for Rapunzel. The right forearm has a glaring seam and the hand still has molding on the fingers. She is very pretty, but the overall quality is too similar to basic playline dolls.
This doll is pretty, but she is more inspired by Rapunzel rather than an exact replica. She has longer blonde hair but it’s a bit frizzy from all the rubber bands that were holding her into the box. Her outfit is lovely and clearly draws inspiration from Rapunzel’s design and color palette. She wears a floor-length ball gown with a purple taffeta lining and a purple and pink tulle overlay. The dress has sheer capped sleeves in matching purple and pink tulle. The bodice doesn’t have actual ribbons, the pink ribbon lace is printed onto the fabric. The dress fastens at the back with Velcro. Completing the ensemble are plastic purple heels, a gold plastic crown, gold plastic earrings, and a small pink plastic birthday cupcake. Her face is cute, although it doesn’t precisely resemble Rapunzel from the movie “Tangled.” She boasts nine points of articulation, including elbows, shoulders, neck, knees, and hips. Her box was in pristine condition and ready to be gifted.
This Rapunzel Barbie Doll is so pretty! She has a modern “ILY” style face mold. The box design is very nice especially if you are gifting it to someone for their birthday. We are loving this doll. I will probably re-body her to a made to move Barbie body. Highly recommend!
My daughter is a huge Tangled fan and she approves of this Rapunzel doll. Her face is sweet and really captures the movie character. Her hair is really soft and brushable, but she doesn’t come with a brush. Her dress has a great party worthy pouf. The crown has lovely details and stays on the dolls head surprisingly well even without the plastic stays. Her shoes don’t stay on very well, but Rapunzel doesn’t normally wear shoes, right? The doll has articulation at the head, elbows, and knees. The packaging made it easy to unbox the doll. I would highly recommend this doll as a birthday gift for any aged doll collector.

he best face sculpt for a rapunzel doll i have seen so far, she is so beautiful and even more beautiful in person. i ended up putting her in some disney ily4ever doll clothes the face is a little pixelated if you focus on it but that is personally not something that bothers me, i included photos so others can judge for themselves. definitely worth getting this doll
